Art Hotel Home Overview
I stumbled upon Art Hotel Home during one of those spontaneous weekend trips where you book something last minute and just hope for the best – honestly, I couldn’t have been luckier. This 4-star gem has that rare quality where you can tell someone actually cared about creating something special, not just filling rooms with generic furniture and calling it boutique.
The moment you walk in, you’re hit with this curated gallery vibe that somehow doesn’t feel pretentious. I mean, there’s actual art everywhere – and I’m talking about pieces that make you stop and look, not hotel lobby filler. The lobby has this warm, lived-in feeling with mismatched vintage furniture that somehow works perfectly together. You know what really got me though? The lighting. It’s moody without being dark, creating these cozy pockets where you actually want to sit with a book or just people-watch. The rooms continue that artistic theme but in a way that’s actually livable – think carefully chosen prints, interesting textures, and furniture that looks like it belongs in a well-traveled friend’s apartment rather than a showroom. My room had this amazing reading nook by the window, and the bed was one of those where you sink in just enough without feeling like you’re drowning in pillows.
What really sets this place apart is the attention to those little details that most places completely miss. The staff genuinely seems to enjoy working there (always a good sign), and they’re the kind of helpful where they remember your name after one conversation. Breakfast was this delightful surprise – not your typical hotel spread but more like what you’d get at a really good neighborhood café, with local pastries and coffee that didn’t taste like it came from a giant urn. The whole vibe is relaxed but efficient, if that makes sense. I never felt rushed but everything just… worked. Parking was straightforward, check-in was smooth, and the WiFi actually functioned properly throughout the building. With a 9 rating, you’d expect it to deliver, and it absolutely does – but in this understated way that feels authentic rather than trying too hard. It’s the kind of place where you end up extending your stay if you can, not because there’s tons to do on-site, but because it just feels good to be there. Perfect for anyone who appreciates thoughtful design and wants to feel like a person rather than just another room number.

The location & proximity of the hotel to the Meiden square, just 5 minutes walking distance is the usp. The lovely owner couple like most of the Georgians are so welcoming & helpful. They did arrange our breakfast earlier in the morning due to our early morning day tours. The breakfast prepared & served by the sweet old lady was wholesome. The roof top terrace with bar gives a panoramic view of Tiblisi. Overall it was indeed a memorable stay & tour in Georgia. Would love to be visit again 😊

We spent 8 unforgettable days at Art Home Hotel in Tbilisi.
The hotel is owned by a wonderful couple, Gega and his lovely wife.
We arrived early in the morning and were greeted by the nice Luka, who brought in our bags and showed us the rooms.
The hotel is newly renovated, top quality, comfortable beds and fine bedding. The rooms are spacious.
Breakfast is delicious and made from local ingredients.
At the top of the hotel is a large terrace with a view of the city where we enjoyed the best Georgian wines and great music every evening.
Location of the Hotel can't be better! In the heart of the city.
And what to say about Gega (the owner)? Gega is a true ambassador of endless Georgian hospitality. Without him, our stay in Georgia would have been completely different.
He organized everything for us; excursions, transfers (charming Tarik – the driver, told us all about Georgian history), prepared an early breakfast, talked and laughed with us.
In the end, we leave Georgia with a full heart and we have no doubts, with new friends for life!
Thank you ❤Jazmin from China (9/10)
