  People are welcoming, kind and helping. The district of Tbilisi. Very calm and cozy with lots of shops and cafes. All the necessary facilities were there.
  
  What could be improved: There was some issues with water because of the catastrophe happened in Tbilisi. There was nothing the owner could do cuz it affected the whole city

  Хороший, достаточно новый дом, рядом метро и большой магазин. Удобная, светлая квартира, есть вся посуда и необходимая техника для проживания, отличный вид из окна.
  
  What could be improved: Пол был не помыт, постельное белье не подходило по размеру кровати и явно не было поменяно после предыдущих жильцов. Хорошо, что в шкафу был дополнительный чистый комплект.
