The windows face the street, and I could hear the chatter of locals and the distant clatter of a streetcar – it’s a subtle reminder that you’re right in the heart of the city, not in a gated resort.

Parking was the only thing that made me pause for a second. There’s no dedicated parking lot, but you can park on the street, and the landlord will give you a small key card that opens the back alley gate for overnight parking. It’s a bit of a hassle, but at the end of the day, the convenience of being within walking distance to the Old Town and the Tbilisi nightlife outweighs it. I also noted the noise levels – while the apartment itself is quiet, there’s a faint hum from the traffic and the occasional street performer that adds to the authentic Tbilisi vibe.   As a family you sometimes visit your relatives somewhere – that’s the kind of experience you’ll have at one of the coziest homes in Tbilisi! If you need a hotel – than book a hotel; here’s different, it’s home atmosphere with special respect to the guests, and attention to your needs is the core traditional importance for the hosts. You’ll definitely feel it 😉
  Comfortable beds and the most fresh linen, just have a good sleep at night and explore Tbilisi during your days. Quiet place close to the Cathedral, bus stop in meters, metro station in 15 minutes walk.
  Owners are warm, friendly and with family attitude to the guests!

  For the moment, from the outside, we thought the place might be unacceptable. Once inside, it was a simple and fantastic place. Small and beautiful. All requirements were very thoughtfully and tastefully placed in the rooms and the kitchen. First time in our 15 days stay in Georgia, we met a very interactive host. She was ever helpful and smiling all the times.
  
  What could be improved: Wished our stay was a little longer. It was a second home.

  Thé accommodation is perfect, clean, and located just 5/7 waking distance minutes from Holy Trinity Cathedral, great coffee spots, fresh baked Georgian breads, Natra-best restaurant in Tbilisi and several mom & pop markets. The hosts are wonderful people. We arrived to a wonderful platter of fresh fruit, Georgian sweets and a bottle of Georgian white wine. A great place in a real neighborhood, 1 minute from a minibus stop, where everyday people live. Will stay there again.
  
  What could be improved: For us, it was perfect. For some, they may want to stay and spend their days and evenings in a more touristy & trendy neighborhood. Been there, done that.   Это жильё выше всяких похвал!
  Расположение очень удобное, особенно, если вы на машине (всегда есть место для парковки) В десяти минутах станция метро Авлабари, в двух шагах Собор Цминда Самеба. До центра города пешком далековато, но при желании можно неспешно прогуляться по красивым улочкам. Опять же, в Тбилиси недорогое такси (Яндекс-такси тоже работает) Рядом с домом кафе с домашней кухней, где готовят самую вкусную еду во всей Грузии.
  Просторные комнаты со всем необходимым – шкаф для одежды, кровати с удобными матрасами, чистое постельное бельё, гигиенические принадлежности, телевизор.
  На кухне плита, холодильник, весь необходимый набор посуды для приготовления пищи, а также чай, сахар, подсолнечное масло, специи.
  Есть стиральная машина и возможность сушить бельё во дворе, что очень важно в путешествии.
  Огромная благодарность Лали за её доброту и отзывчивость! Прекрасная женщина, о которой навсегда останутся самые тёплые воспоминания. Дай бог вам здоровья, мира и процветания!

  Очень понравилось количество комнат,у ребёнка была своя комната. Встретили душевно,как и проводили.
  P.S. может не по теме,но напротив продают самодельные хинкали и пельмени. Они просто божественные и не дорогие.
