  The location was more than great! 10 mins to very convenient bus station, and metro station. 20 mins walk to the city center, to the the Bridge of Peace and to the House of Justice.
  
  Holy Trinity Cathedral is really close, 5 mins on foot. You should go there and meet the sunset or sunrise!
  
  What could be improved: The shower was fine, but probably there should be a mop and a bucket or something. As it's always wet there, no matter how careful during the shower you try to be.

  Normalerweise erhält man nur einen Schlüssel zur Wohnung. Da die Terrassentür von außen abschließbar ist, hat man quasi zwei Schlüssel und kann getrennt von einander die Wohnung verlassen bzw. betreten.
  
  Sehr vertrauensvolle und entgegenkommende Gastgeber.
  
  Alles Notwendige ist vorhanden und funktioniert. Die Wohnung ist mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Räumlichkeiten sind gut isoliert, sodass die Klimaanlage kaum genutzt werden musste. Die Matratzen sehr bequem.
  
  Zentrumsnähe. Besuchenswerte Kathedrale mit Parklandschaft direkt um die Ecke. Größere Supermärkte in 5 min Entfernung. Lieferdienste können das Bestellte direkt über die Terrasse zustellen.
  
  What could be improved: Schade, dass wir weitergereist sind. Eine vergleichbar gemütliche Wohnung ist zu einem vergleichbaren Preis in Zentrumsnähe nicht zu finden.

  Апартаменты чистые,всё есть для комфортного проживания: ванные принадлежности,для самостоятельного приготовления еды. Хорошее месторасположение,рядом есть обменные пункты с нормальным курсом,магазин spar,места для прогулок. Приветливый и отзывчивый хозяин.
  
  What could be improved: Ввиду того,что изначально по планировки была одна квартира,которую поделили стеной – слышимость соседей очень высокая. Если соседи попадутся шумные или у вас будут разные режимы – не повезло. Ещё у соседей жутко скрипела входная дверь и,видимо,их выезд пришёлся на ночные часы,и как итог – заснуть было крайне трудно 🙂
  И так как апартаменты находятся на 1 этаже (зато есть собственный балкон,где можно посидеть,что очень приятно) – ночью очень слышно проезжающие машины или людей. В общем и целом всё это не сильно проблематично,если подготовить заранее беруши и устранить скрип двери,но это стоит учитывать при выборе места проживания.

  Все понравилось. Локация отличная, до Старого Тбилиси 7-10 мин. пешком. Недалеко находится обменный пункт, где самый высокий курс валют. Рядом метро, банки, супермаркеты. В квартире большая кухня с бытовой техникой, очень удобно было готовить еду. Квартира теплая, с автономным отоплением.

  Apartment is 15 minutes from city center, few supermarkets in the neighborhood.
  Bedroom is cozy, shower is stable and kitchen has all necessary stuff.
  
  What could be improved: Internet works atrociously slow and connection is just no-go. It's quite unlikely you'll be able to connect to internet from bed in the bedroom.
  Walls are paper thin, you can hear everything your neighbors does. Every day I woke up early in the morning because my neighbors woke up like 7 AM and started talking.
  Terrace isn't separated from neighbor's terrace in any way. It's impossible to enjoy any privacy when you neighbors are chatting on terrace and there's like 1 meter between you and them.
  Space in living room/kitchen could have been used better, sitting on the couch in the narrow hallway and staring at the wall right in front of you doesn't fell too good.
