The Space

The apartment itself feels more like staying at a well-designed friend’s place than a typical hotel room. Each unit comes with a proper kitchen setup — not just a mini-fridge and microwave, but actual cooking space where you can prepare meals with ingredients from the local markets. I actually ended up cooking a few dinners here, which saved money and let me try some of those amazing Georgian spices I picked up wandering around the neighborhood. The beds live up to their reputation too — honestly, some of the most comfortable I’ve encountered in this part of the world.

If you’re planning to rent a car and explore outside Tbilisi (which I highly recommend for the wine regions), you won’t be scrambling to find street parking or paying ridiculous daily fees. The property management is pretty responsive too — when I had a question about the best route to Sighnaghi, they didn’t just give me directions but actually suggested a couple of wineries to stop at along the way. Those kinds of local insights make a real difference when you’re trying to make the most of your time in Georgia.

  Great location, optimal to enjoy the city. Place was very clean and comfortable, as well as fully equipped. We've got the towels exchanged on 3rd day. Haven't tried the breakfast.
  
  What could be improved: In order to get the keys we had to ask some guys on the street, lady standing on an upper balcony told us. A bit weird but it worked effectively. Couple of days towards the end of the stay we requested an airport transfer – first reply we got was positive but then our requests for confirmation of the time have not been answered (despite the offer provided upfront by the facility), so we had to organize the transportation ourselves. Communication could be little better, otherwise all good.

  What could be improved: They offers full facilities, but many things are broken. Some of them is easy to fix, but seem like they don't care.
