The bed is a bit on the firmer side, but after a long day of walking, it’s a solid comfort. One tiny critique: the Wi‑Fi is a bit spotty, especially on nights when the city lights dim and the Wi‑Fi router seems to lose its signal, but the building’s fiber connection usually picks it up after a few minutes. The check‑in process was super quick – a friendly concierge handed me the keycard and pointed out the nearest grocery, and before I knew it, I was sipping tea on the balcony while the city lights flickered on.

Speaking of the neighborhood, the vibe is unmistakably local. Just a few minutes’ walk brings you to the historic Metekhi Church, where you can catch a glimpse of the old city’s architecture. If you’re craving authentic Georgian cuisine, the *Sakhli* restaurant on the corner of Ortachala and Vakhushti Street is a must‑visit; they serve the best khachapuri I’ve tasted in Georgia. For a dose of nature, a short stroll takes you to the Tbilisi Botanical Garden, where the scent of blooming roses and the rustle of leaves lull you into a peaceful state. The apartment’s location is so close to the metro station that you can hop on the “Baku” line in less than ten minutes and be anywhere in Tbilisi. The only thing that might be a bother is the occasional street cleaning on Tuesdays, which means the block is a bit dusty

  Excellent apartments. Booked 30 minutes in advance. Was met by a very polite employee, helped to park the car in the internal parking lot, showed the kitchen and other good features of this hotel. The room was clean, good mattresses and linens, high ceilings and a quiet place, there is a lounge area and a kitchen. The windows of the room were overlooking the courtyard, and in this courtyard you can relax in the evenings, hide in the shade or sunbathe in the sun. Excellent and hospitable staff and owner. I recommend to everyone!

  Nice and clean place to stay, it’s located in a good area near the river and old city. There are different grocery stores nearby. If you want to use public transport you have different options in 2 min walk.

  New renovation, good quality and clean , comfortable beds, ac, private bathroom, washing machine and drier, nice common kitchen and dining room, good public transport just down the street, plenty of grocery stores near by.
  
  What could be improved: Guests smoking in room and the smell can linger.
  No drains in bathroom floor outside of shower.
  Only two small refrigerators for use of all the guests.
  No sofas or easy chairs for relaxing or reading in room or dining room.

  Красивый, чистый номер. Есть кондиционер, с водой и душем проблем нет. Есть общая кухня со всем необходимым, стиралка, сушилка. В отеле было тихо. В 15 мин прогулочной ходьбы от отеля центр всего. Недалеко есть парк с хорошей детской площадкой. Метро в пешей доступности.

  Гостиница комфортная. Есть всё необходимое. Есть кухня, чистые со свежим номером номера, никто никому не мешает. Кондиционер, душевая чистая. Всё индивидуально и комфортно
  Есть стиральная и сушильная машины. Утюг, фен. Есть своя парковка. От центра не далеко. Можно пешком. Но уже не так шумно, как в центре. Рядом набережная, круглосуточный супермаркет, обменник.

  Понравилось расположение.
  Есть частная парковка во дворе.
  Хозяин подал инструкции как проехать, как воспользоваться парковкой, как заселиться.
  Есть горячая вода.
  Есть кухня с кухонными принадлежностями. Можно приготовить для себя еду самостоятельно.
  
  What could be improved: Наверное что другие жил цы плохо моют за собой посуду. Но это беда у всех общежитий.
  Не понравилось что нельзя с животными.
