  This apartment is very spacious and clean. I had everything necessary to do breakfast etc. It is in walking distance from the metro station Marjanashvili, it is possible to buy food or have a lunch near the metro. It is not in the basement and you have real windows which is not always the case with the budget apartments in Tbilisi.

  хорошие , прекрасные хозяева . уютный дворик с гранатами. на кухне есть все необходимое для приготовления пищи. все очень чисто и аккуратно. удобный диван и двухспальная кровать . рядом много продуктовых магазинчиков , недалеко метро. очень уютно . в конце нашего проживания хозяин подарил нам бутылку домашней чачи и бутылку домашнего вина.
