I just stayed at Apartment Paysage, right in Tbilisi, and let me tell you, it felt like I’d stumbled into a cozy, well‑kept slice of the city that locals actually love. The building sits on Vinny pyom, the little off‑beat corner that’s just a stone’s throw from the 9th‑kilometer sign on Chavchavadze Boulevard. You know what? The street’s vibe is a mix of old‑world stone facades and modern cafés, so it’s not the tourist‑heavy spot you’d find a guidebook. When I got there, the front desk was run by a young Georgian woman who greeted me with a warm “Gamarjoba!” and a quick tour of the apartment. She’s handy with English, so there were no language hiccups when I asked about the Wi‑Fi password or the best place to grab a coffee around the corner. The check‑in was smooth, no long queues, and the keycard was a neat little thing that looked almost like a souvenir.

The apartment itself is, honestly, a breath of fresh air. The living space is bright and airy, with a window that looks out onto the bustling street where you can hear the chatter of locals and the occasional distant note of a band playing near the old town. There’s a tiny balcony—yes, a real balcony—where I could sit in the evenings and watch the sunset over the old city’s rooftops. The décor is modern but not sterile; there are a few local art pieces that give it character, and the kitchen is fully equipped, which is a lifesaver if you want to cook a quick Georgian dish.   Everything about the apartment is nice. The location, the facilities, our hostess- Ms Inga has thought about all the things that her guests would need in her apartment. She is careful about the guests privacy. She even made us a nice meal. Our stay and especially our host was lovely.

  The apartment is ideal for families, with two bedrooms / bathrooms, a shared living space, and a mini-kitchen in the middle. The location is great for exploring old town Tbilisi. The best part was Inga, our host. She was responsive, warm, and so generous with us during our stay.
  
  What could be improved: The stairs leading to the property are quite steep – just need to be extra careful. It might not be ideal for anyone with mobility issues. Otherwise, everything was perfect.
