The kitchen‘s properly equipped – I’m talking real cooking supplies, not just a microwave and some plastic plates – and the living area has this comfortable, lived-in quality that makes you want to kick back with a book instead of rushing out to tourist spots all the time. The bedroom setup is solid too, with blackout curtains that actually work, which honestly saved me during those first few jet-lagged nights.

Here’s the thing about staying on Tsereteli – you’re positioned really well for getting around, but it’s not in that chaotic, constantly buzzing part of town where you can’t get a moment’s peace. I found myself walking to quite a few places, and when I needed to grab a taxi or use public transport, it was never a hassle. The building itself is well-maintained (you don’t get that musty smell you sometimes encounter in older apartment buildings), and I never had issues with noise from neighbors or the street, even keeping the windows open on nice evenings. What I really appreciated was the attention to detail – good water pressure in the shower, reliable wifi that didn’t cut out during video calls, and proper lighting throughout the space. Sometimes it’s these practical things that make or break a stay, you know? The whole experience felt more like borrowing a friend’s really nice apartment than staying in a typical rental, and considering the four-star quality at what turned out to be a reasonable price point, I’d definitely come back here on my next trip to the area.

  It was so clean and so pretty.
  The place owners are so sweet and helpful, I’ve asked a couple of questions about Georgia and they didn’t hesitate to answer!
  The location is perfect, it’s within a 7 minutes walk from the metro station and right beside it there are bus stops that goes to the most touristic attractions!
  They set our expectations high for future bookings!

  Дом с очень высокими потолками расположенный на симпатичной улице. Рядом с домом есть всё необходимое начиная от продуктовых магазинов заканчивая обменниками и метро в пешей доступности.
  В квартире всё продумано до мелочей. Есть абсолютно всё для комфортного пребывания (посудомойка , стиральная машина, кофеварка и даже отпариватель для одежды и нитки с иголками :))
  Очень симпатичный и стильный интерьер, большие кровати , романтичный французский балкончик со стульчиком💗
  
  Отдельно стоит отметить, что хозяйка была очень дружелюбна и была на связи даже в 3 часа ночи, когда мы заселились в квартиру 😍
  Помимо этого -очень подробно написала инструкцию по заселению , так что проблем у нас не возникло.
  
  Те, кто не может оплатить проживание картой, есть удобный автомат для пополнения грузинских карт наличными деньгами. Для русских сейчас актуально:)
