  The host was very hospitable! This was our first trip to Georgia. We arrived late at night, but he still met us, helped us settle in, and was always available but never intrusive, making it very comfortable to ask him questions. He provided all the necessary information. I particularly want to highlight the cleanliness. It wasn't just a thoroughly cleaned apartment, but it was evident that the cleaning was done conscientiously, as if for oneself, not hastily with disinfectants. It was very pleasant.

  Everything was perfect. The location is the best one. The metro station is just nearby, there are lots of cafes, restaurants, supermarkets. The apartment is very confortable and cosy. The host is friendly and always ready to help with any problem if they arise. I'll definitely recommend this apartment to my friends.

  the location is very nice, the apartment is very clean, cosy and well furnished.
  jimi is a very nice guy and he's there when you need him.
  
  What could be improved: the apartment is on the fourth floor and the building doesn't have an elevator (so no skipping legs day).
  the radiators' controler is locked so you have to call the owner every time you want to turn the heat up or down.

  Добродушный хозяин, не смотря на поздний заезд – встретил, всё рассказал и объяснил. Посоветовал недорогие магазины и рестораны рядом с квартирой.
  Квартира чистая, всё необходимое для проживания имеется. Есть кондиционер, что, на мой взгляд, немаловажно для летнего отдыха.
  Никаких проблем во время проживания не возникало.
  Жильё полностью соответствует описанию.

  Квартира в современном стиле. Уютная обстановка. Есть всё необходимое для короткого проживания. Удобная кровать и диван. Очень понравилось постельное белье и полотенца. Вся бытовая техника новая и качественная. ( Кроме утюга. Гладит хорошо, но провод иногда не контачит и утюг отключается).
  До метро 3 минуты. Рядом магазины, кафе, рестораны.
  В реальности квартира выглядит лучше, чем на фото в Букинге
