  Located just 1 minute away from the Technical University station, this is clean and warm apartment.
  
  What could be improved: Few things have to be fixed, especially the toilet, which just needs to be replaced.
  
  It was a bit problematic to make window blinds to stay fully open.

  What could be improved: A stovetop espresso pot would be a boon for foreigners, and an electric toaster great for anglophones.
  The building looks crumbling from the outside, once inside it’s hard to believe you are in the same place!
  It would be helpful to warn arriving guests that they will need a supply of 5 and/or 10 Tetri coins to use the lift, (going down is free).

  Очень приветливая и отзывчивая хозяйка. В любое время на связи (что до заезда, что после) и максимально быстро решает любые возникшие вопросы. Квартира очень светлая, чистая, уютная, просторная и продуманная до мелочей, оборудована и укомплектована "как для себя", что очень радует, потому что подобный формат встречается не так часто, если не сказать редко.
  
  What could be improved: Расположение в непосредственной близости от метро (150 метров) – это, безусловно, большой плюс, но, в то же время летом при открытых из-за жары окнах спать несколько дискомфортно в связи с активным и временами достаточно шумным движением транспорта даже в ночное время по находящемуся рядом шоссе. Впрочем, это не сильно снизило общее положительное впечатление. Остановиться в этой квартире на несколько дней – отличный вариант!
