  Останавливались в этих апартаментах на неделю и остались очень довольны! Расположение отличное-недалеко от центра, рядом магазины и кафе. Квартира уютная и очень чистая, с кондиционером (что спасало в жару). Хозяин квартиры приветливый и отзывчивый. Соседи также спокойные и доброжелательные. Все очень понравилось, обязательно вернемся.

  Остановилась в этих замечательных апартаментах на 2 недели . Заезд был в удобное время и с подробной инструкцией. Расположение просто отличное: в 2 минутах парк, куча магазинов, ресторанов, салонов красоты . Улица Абашидзе очень тенистая и зеленая, даже на балконе не ощущался летний зной . Квартира находится на 4 этаже с лифтом . Есть домофон, что удобно для доставок . При первом же запросе хозяину о необходимости для меня каких-то вещей, моментально все решалось . Квартира очень большая, думаю больше 90 м. Огромная гостиная с кухней, огромный телевизор со всеми приложениями , мощный кондиционер . Отдельный кабинет, который я использовала как гардеробную . Все новое . Оооочень удобная кровать в спальне, так сладко я давно не спала . Тоже есть кондиционер . Ванная комната с джакузи – это бонус )) в общем это наверное самые лучшие апартаменты что я видела в Тбилиси и в Грузии возможно . Не примерно вернусь в следующий раз . хозяин Лаша поможет при любых вопросах . Спасибо !
