  Квартира находится в самом центре города, очень уютная комфортная. В квартире есть всё необходимое внизу один кондиционер вверху два кондиционера. Великолепный балкончик – лестница на ней можно сидеть по утрам пить кофе. Отдельная благодарность хозяйки, провела нас по видео WhatsApp до самой квартиры, разрешила заехать раньше срока указанного в Booking.

  What could be improved: The Appartement was alright, the reason for the one Star review simply is the very unfriendly Attitude of the host (I can only speak about our Personal experience Here) and the fact that on booking.com you can book an option for an extra 10ish Euros which apparently includes Airport Transfer and a bottle of wine. CAUTION: This is a scam! There is No Airport Transfer or bottle of wine for free even though you pay for it. When trying to communicate this to the host (I mean we actually paid extra money for a service that simply doesnt exist) she insisted on the full amount to be paid and blamed the problem as  a problem between the guest and booking.com, which It Is Not since it is her Advertisement on Booking that is misleading. And it didnt annoy us most that we paid 10 Euros extra for a service that doesnt exist but it was the disrespectful way that Lady insisted on the full amount to be paid even though It included fees for a Service Not Provided. A simple sorry from her Side for the confusion would have really helped us but we felt really offended by the fact that she pretended the whole Problem Had nothing to do with her. We dont think that any guest should be treated Like this. Therefore we would Not recommend to stay Here.

  I love everything about this house. The host is super nice and helpful in many ways. Instructions are shared clearly by the host. The location of this house is quite strategic, everything is within walking distance. The house is clean. I totally recommend other people to stay here. If i am revisiting Tbilisi again, i would happily rebooked this house again.

  Exceptional host! Thank you so much! Loved the apartment. It exceeded our expectations, However…. I have to mention that the neighbours are the most rudest people I've ever experienced in my entire life of travels. Out of all the 41 countries I visited, I NEVER experienced such blatant rudeness and racism. As a south African, that's illegal…… And you can go to jail for such behavior.
  HOWEVER, the apartment is amazing and the host was excellent!
