The bathroom has a deep, warm shower that’s a perfect way to wash off the dust of the city, and the tiles are a deep blue that contrasts nicely with the light wood floors. I did notice that the elevator is a tad slow, but you can always call the building’s maintenance for a quick lift if you’re in a hurry.

During the week, the noise level is manageable. Kosta Khetagurovi can get a bit loud on weekends with motorbikes and the occasional street musician, but the apartment’s thick walls seriously dampen the traffic. In the evenings, the nearby street cafés fill with locals and tourists alike, so there’s always a faint hum of conversation. If you’re planning to stay during the winter, the building’s heating keeps the apartment toasty, and the proximity to the old town means you’re never too far from a warm mug of tea at a corner shop. The only real downside is that the Wi‑Fi speeds can drop during the summer when the whole city’s data plan is maxed out, but it’s still good enough for checking maps or sending a quick photo. All in all, I’d say this place is a sweet, authentic slice of Tbilisi life—no fr like a local.

  Great apartment with all necessary amenities, modern renovation, and a balcony. The host was extremely helpful — when there was no water in the city on our arrival day, she promptly brought us water for hygiene needs. Excellent service and attitude.

  Everything was very professional and taken care of. The owner helped us when we had a slight issue. The apartment was spotless and smelled very nice. The internet is fast. There are meteo cards and various booklets about what to visit during your stay. Probably the best apartment in the city.
