But this place completely changed my perspective on what a 4-star apartment-style stay should feel like. That 9.8 rating isn’t just numbers on a screen; it’s actually earned through all these little touches that most places completely miss.

The space itself feels like someone’s incredibly stylish friend let you crash at their place, except everything actually works perfectly (unlike my friend’s apartment where the shower pressure is terrible). The kitchen setup is what really sold me – I’m talking proper cookware, not those sad bent pans you usually find in vacation rentals. I ended up cooking dinner most nights because, honestly, it was just so pleasant to use. The lighting throughout is spot-on too; warm enough in the evenings but bright enough during the day that you’re not squinting at your laptop if you need to get some work done. Speaking of which, the wifi is solid – I had video calls without any of those awkward frozen-face moments.

What I really appreciate is how quiet it stays, even when there’s activity in the building. You can actually sleep in without being woken up by doors slamming or people having loud conversations in the hallway at 7 AM. The bed situation is comfortable enough that I didn’t wake up with that stiff back you sometimes get from hotel mattresses that are either too soft or feel like concrete slabs. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward too – none of that standing around for twenty minutes while they “find your reservation” nonsense. The whole experience just flows naturally, which sounds simple but it’s actually pretty rare. I mean, most places get the big stuff right but trip up on the details, or vice versa. Here, everything from the temperature control (which responds quickly, thank goodness) to having enough outlets in useful spots just works like it should. It’s the kind of place where you settle in on the first day instead of spending half your stay figuring out how things work or wishing you’d booked somewhere else.

  Location is great, everything important is close. Luisa is an excellent host and made my stay really memorable. It was by far my best experience in Tbilisi so far. The apartment has nice bathroom, AC, washing machine and well equipped kitchen. There is also small balcony, but you also have access to a big terrace with great view of Tbilisi. I can only recommend this place.

  Great location when visting Tbilisi view of the city from the balcony apartment. In addition two minutes walking from the complex of the Trinity Cathedral. To be mentioned the host in many aspects because always make sure that you are confortable and makes your stay better in case you need anything at the apartment.

  we love this place.there are everything you need. I like this place because the owner had taken care of everything. At first, she welcomed me kindly and brought me fruit. This house is very clean and has everything in it, such as TV, refrigerator, iron, washing machine, slippers, microwave, toaster, coffee, shampoo, closet, air conditioner , heater and even thread and needle. The bed was big and comfortable and there is a nice little private balcony and shared yard with a nice view. The price of this apartment is good and fair. I will definitely come here again and recommend to others.

  The host is so lovely. She went out of her way to make us feel at home, even brought us fruit! The balcony is lovely to sit on in the evenings with a glass of wine. Overall super good value for money!
