The room I stayed in felt more like a well-designed city apartment than a typical hotel setup. There’s this attention to detail that you don’t always find — proper lighting for reading, enough outlets where you actually need them, and a kitchen that’s genuinely functional if you want to grab groceries from the local market. The design strikes this nice balance between modern comfort and subtle Georgian touches. Nothing feels overdone or trying too hard, which I really appreciated after staying in some of those overly themed places around the Old Town.

The free parking is honestly a game-changer if you’re exploring Georgia by car — finding parking in central Tbilisi can be a real headache otherwise. The Wi-Fi actually works properly (I was doing video calls without issues), and the neighborhood has this great little restaurant scene that most tourists never discover. You’ll find these family-run Georgian places within walking distance where the khachapuri is incredible and costs a fraction of what you’d pay in the tourist zones.

  Location is great, everything important is close. Luisa is an excellent host and made my stay really memorable. It was by far my best experience in Tbilisi so far. The apartment has nice bathroom, AC, washing machine and well equipped kitchen. There is also small balcony, but you also have access to a big terrace with great view of Tbilisi. I can only recommend this place.

  Great location when visting Tbilisi view of the city from the balcony apartment. In addition two minutes walking from the complex of the Trinity Cathedral. To be mentioned the host in many aspects because always make sure that you are confortable and makes your stay better in case you need anything at the apartment.

  we love this place.there are everything you need. I like this place because the owner had taken care of everything. At first, she welcomed me kindly and brought me fruit. This house is very clean and has everything in it, such as TV, refrigerator, iron, washing machine, slippers, microwave, toaster, coffee, shampoo, closet, air conditioner , heater and even thread and needle. The bed was big and comfortable and there is a nice little private balcony and shared yard with a nice view. The price of this apartment is good and fair. I will definitely come here again and recommend to others.

  The host is so lovely. She went out of her way to make us feel at home, even brought us fruit! The balcony is lovely to sit on in the evenings with a glass of wine. Overall super good value for money!
