I spent the first morning brewing tea in the tiny kitchen, then slipped out onto the balcony to soak in the sunrise over the historic district—noisy traffic below, but muffled by the thick walls, so you can actually hear the wind rustle through the trees. When the day turned into afternoon, I decided to explore the neighborhood. Strolling down Ekimi Lane, I ran into a little café called “The Coffee House” where the owner, a young woman named Lali, recommended a traditional khachapuri. I took the tram up to Mtatsminda Park, and the view from the top of the TV tower was breathtaking—especially when the sunset painted the city in shades of orange. I even stopped by a street vendor who sold roasted chestnuts; the smell alone was enough to make me crave a hot cup of chocolate. The apartment’s location is practical: you can easily walk to the Old Town, but if you need to go shopping, the metro station is right next door. Parking is a bit of a challenge; there’s a small municipal lot a block away, but it’s full most evenings, so you’ll need to walk a bit. I did find a spot in the street, but the city’s traffic can be quite loud at night, so I’d recommend a white noise machine if that’s a concern.

I left the apartment the next morning feeling a little nostalgic. I had booked a 4‑star hotel that, at first glance, seemed like a safe bet, but Apartment Irma surprised me with its authentic vibe and the genuine warmth of its staff.   Классная просторная квартира в новой части города. Близко к метро, можно без проблем добраться до исторической части. Рядом с домом есть торговый центр и супермаркет. Хозяин приветливый, в квартире есть всё необходимое. Удобные кровать и диван, наличие балкона. Очень удачный вариант для Тбилиси!

  Нам все очень понравилось, я очень довольна, квартира очень хорошая, особенно хозяин дома очень хороший человек, очень гостеприимный, дружелюбный, он нам все подробно объяснил . В следующий раз, когда мы приедем в Тбилиси, мы уже знаем, где остановиться. Все было просто отлично !!!

  Хорошая чистая квартира с парковкой под шлагбаумом во дворе. Есть вай-фай, стиральная машинка, посуда. Если хотите, постирать, берите с собой порошок.

  Прекрасная квартира студия с капитальным современным ремонтом и новой мебелью , Здание в новостройке и есть своя закрытая парковка со шлагбаумом. Удобное расположение, рядом метро. В общем все условия чтобы приятно отдохнуть и погулять за время пребывания.. Хозяин Резо приятный и интеллигентный человек, встретил и разместил . Оказалось, мы заканчивали один и тот же университет , было приятно вспомнить учебные годы. Буду в Тбилиси, выберу этот же вариант.

  Рядом с метро, 5 минут идти, приемлемая цена, удобная кровать, балкончик, приветливый и всегда готовый помочь хозяин. Стояли в пробке долго и приехали в 1:00, хотя договаривались на 14:00. Он встретил и ночью.

  Резо – отличный хозяин, всегда на связи, хорошо объяснил адрес. Наш самолёт задержали, а Резо ждал нас всю ночь и сразу заселил. Квартира в отличном состоянии, всё чистое, кровать удобная, стиральная машина, плита, холодильник, телевизор, кондиционер – всё работает. Напор воды в душе отличный, wi fi летает. Вся посуда есть, плечиков в шкафах на все наряды.
  Прямо у дома большой супермаркет Исани Молл, до метро пять минут пешком.
