  Квартира расположена в одном из самых удобных локаций туристического Тбилиси. Практически все достопримечательности находятся в пешей доступности. Правда есть в этом и минус: много туристов и шумно. Особенно в вечернее время. Но я выбрал шикарную локацию и закрыл глаза на наличие туристов.
  Сама квартира средних размеров. Потолки высокие , более 4х метров.
  Нас было 2+2 и мы разместились без проблем. Все было чисто и убрано. В ванной имеется набор для душа, фен, полотенца для рук и банное полотенце.
  Хозяйка по нашей просьбе оставила пару бутылок воды в холодильнике.
  Всегда была на контакте.
  
  What could be improved: Мы путешественники не особо капризные. Так что критических минусов не было.
  Можно, конечно, освежить ремонт. Поставить второй кондиционер.
  В общем мы остались довольны. Могу рекомендовать.

  Хозяин всегда был на связи. Заранее подготовили апартаменты и оставили ключи. Отправили нам фотографии, как попасть в апартаменты. Все прошло четко. Находится в самом центре СТАРОГО города. Было тепло в апартаментах. Wi-fi работал без проблем.
  
  What could be improved: Сломалась ручка при входе в здание. Не могли попасть внутрь. Здание старое.
  Шумно до 23:00 часов. Потом музыка затихает. Хотелось бы больше посуды.

  The distance to everything (restaurants, touristic spots, shops) is very close, just outside the apartment door.
  The rooms were also clean and the property is well maintained. Wifi is fast!
  
  What could be improved: The noise from outside. There were people shouting outside early hours in the morning. Didn’t sleep well until 5am when no one was in the streets

  Идеальное расположение, хорошая квартира, удобно, что на первом этаже и с чемоданом не приходится подниматься по лестнице, при этом окна выше, на уровне 2 этажа, выходя на балкончик, оказываешься над ресторанной улочкой – очень весело и атмосферно.
  
  What could be improved: Немного не хватало каких-то мелочей – пары крючков, полочек, шампуня в ванной, розеток ближе к кроватям, что-то из посуды. Жаль, что маловат балкончик, но туда можно добавить вторую табуретку, так как гостям здорово было бы посидеть там с бокалом вина.

  Просто великолепное расположение над оживленной улице в самом центре. Кровати удобные, все чисто. Рядом много ресторанов, очень атмосферно. Советуем, рекомендуем, но заранее спрашивайте как добраться и как попасть в квартиру.
  
  What could be improved: Из-за митингов хозяин долго не выходил на связь, простояли 30 минут под дверьми.

  Удобное расположение, самый центр города, все достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. Много кафе и ресторанов на любой вкус и выбор.
  
  What could be improved: Много бездомных собак в центре города, которых подкармливают местные в каждом ресторане. Собаки не агрессивные, днем они спят и их почти не видно на улицах. А к вечеру начинается у них активности. Ночью сбиваются в стаи и носятся по улицам без конца лают друг на друга, что напрягало для спокойного сна.
