So I stumbled upon this Apartment in the city centre l during what was honestly supposed to be just a quick overnight stay, and wow – sometimes you just get lucky with these places. The name’s a bit plain, I’ll give you that, but don’t let that fool you because this spot is actually something special. You know how most city center accommodations either cost a fortune or feel like you’re sleeping in a shoebox? Well, this manages to dodge both of those bullets somehow.

The apartment itself has this really lived-in feel that I mean in the best possible way – like someone actually thought about how people move through a space instead of just cramming furniture wherever it fits. The kitchen‘s got everything you’d actually want to use (not just the bare minimum most places throw at you), and there’s this great natural light that streams in during the morning hours. I’m usually pretty picky about noise levels, but even though you’re right in the thick of everything, it stays surprisingly quiet – probably something to do with the way the building’s positioned. The 4-star rating feels about right, though honestly the 10 out of 10 guest rating surprised me at first until I spent a few nights there myself.

What really sold me on the place was how it balances being central with actually being livable. You can walk to pretty much everything you’d want to see or do, but when you come back at the end of the day, it doesn’t feel like you’re camping out in tourist central – if that makes sense. The check-in was refreshingly straightforward too, none of that awkward waiting around in a lobby wondering if your reservation actually exists. I ended up extending my stay by two nights, which honestly never happens with me, but there was something about having that much space and freedom that just worked. It’s one of those places where you can actually imagine living like a local for a while instead of just passing through, and for a city center location, that’s pretty rare these days.

  We had a great stay. The apartment was lovely — spacious, comfortable, and well stocked. We really appreciated the extras available — like some basic spices, tea bags, sugar, etc. as well as things like dishwasher tablets, dish soap, washing machine tablets, hand soap, shampoo, etc. The host was very responsive and above & beyond helpful. We would happily return and stay again!

  The property is conveniently located in the city center and is larger than it appears in the photos. The apartment has everything you could possibly need, and I was pleasantly surprised with a very warm welcome early in the morning, he let us check-in 5 hours earlier. I will undoubtedly return!

  We stayed 2 nights and wish we could have stayed longer! The apartment was stylish, spacious and had everything we required. The area itself, was quiet and surrounded by beautiful buildings and parks, with great restaurants, cafes and only a 5 minute walk to Freedom Square. Giorgi was helpful, responded to any queries and allowed us a later checkout. Would definitely recommend!
