The layout works well for couples — actually, that makes sense since I noticed a lot of pairs staying here during my visit.

Location Perks

Here’s what I really appreciated about staying on Pavle Ingorokva Street — you’re close enough to walk to Rustaveli Avenue in about ten minutes, but far enough away that you’re not dealing with constant street noise. The Mtatsminda area has this nice residential vibe during the day, but then you can easily head down to the old town when you want that tourist experience. There’s also decent parking nearby, which honestly surprised me given how central everything is.

What Makes It Work

The thing about this place is that it gets the basics really right. The apartment is clean, the amenities actually work, and you have enough space to spread out your stuff without feeling cramped. I stayed here for four nights, and by the second day, it genuinely felt like I had a little home base in the city. The restaurant options in the neighborhood are solid too — there’s this great Georgian place just a couple blocks away that locals actually go to, not just tourists.

Look, I can see why this place gets such high ratings, especially from couples. It’s got that sweet spot of being independent enough that you feel like you’re living in the city, but with the reliability of proper accommodation. The fact that recent guests keep praising the location tells you everything — when you’re in Tbilisi, being able to walk to the cable car, the old town, and the main shopping areas without needing transport every time makes a huge difference. Plus, having your own space means you can actually relax in the evenings instead of hanging out in a hotel lobby.

  We had a great stay. The apartment was lovely — spacious, comfortable, and well stocked. We really appreciated the extras available — like some basic spices, tea bags, sugar, etc. as well as things like dishwasher tablets, dish soap, washing machine tablets, hand soap, shampoo, etc. The host was very responsive and above & beyond helpful. We would happily return and stay again!

  The property is conveniently located in the city center and is larger than it appears in the photos. The apartment has everything you could possibly need, and I was pleasantly surprised with a very warm welcome early in the morning, he let us check-in 5 hours earlier. I will undoubtedly return!

The area itself, was quiet and surrounded by beautiful buildings and parks, with great restaurants, cafes and only a 5 minute walk to Freedom Square. Giorgi was helpful, responded to any queries and allowed us a later checkout. Would definitely recommend!
