APARTMENT in TBILISI Koko Overview

Tbilisi is a city that feels like an open‑ended novel, and the APARTMENT in TBILISI Koko feels like one of those chapters you keep coming back to. I landed on a rainy Tuesday, the kind of day that makes the city’s cobblestones glisten like a silver screen. The building itself is a modest glass‑and‑concrete structure in the middle of a quiet block, but the real charm lies in the details. The front door has a brass handle that’s slightly worn, a small reminder that this place has seen a lot of hands, a lot of stories. Inside, the elevator’s music is an old jazz record that hums quietly – a soothing backdrop for the rush of my day. I remember the check‑in was surprisingly smooth; the staff greeted me with a warm smile and handed me a keycard with the hotel’s logo, a tiny piece of the brand that felt more like a friendly handshake than corporate branding.

The apartment itself is a cozy 1‑bedroom unit, about 25 square meters, but it’s packed with practical touches. The kitchen is small but fully equipped, with a kettle that whistles when it’s about to boil, and a small fridge that’s big enough for a couple of bottles of local wine. I found myself leaning against the fridge door, listening to the faint hum of the city and the soft rustle of the curtains as the rain fell. The living area is a perfect spot to unwind – a plush sofa in muted blue and a flat‑screen TV that’s quiet enough to not disturb the neighboring apartment. The window looks out onto a street that’s a mix of old Soviet-era apartment blocks and newer, sleek office towers. You can see the city’s heartbeat: people walking, a bus passing by, the occasional honk from a delivery truck. It was a true urban experience, without the noise of a tourist hotspot.

What really makes this place stand out is its proximity to local gems. Just a 10‑minute walk south on Sanzona Street, you’ll find the bustling market at Mtatsminda – locals call it “the place where you can taste everything.” I grabbed a fresh khachapuri there, and the smell of melted cheese still lingers in my memory. A few blocks away, the old church of St. Nino sits quietly, its stone walls whispering history. If you’re into coffee, there’s a tiny café on the corner of Rustaveli that serves the best latte in town – the barista knows how to pull the perfect shot. Parking is a bit of a challenge for those driving in, but the building offers a secure underground spot for a modest fee, and it’s a stone’s throw from the main metro line, making it easy to hop on and explore the city center. In the evenings, the street lights cast a golden glow, and the soft chatter of locals makes the whole area feel like a living room for the city. Honestly, it’s the quiet hours that really matter; I found the apartment surprisingly peaceful even after a busy day, a welcome break from the usual noise of a tourist area.

All in all, the APARTMENT in TBILISI Koko is a surprisingly comfortable base for any traveler who wants a taste of everyday Tbilisi life. It’s not a luxury resort, but it’s a place that respects the city’s vibe and lets you feel at home. The check‑in was friendly, the apartment practical, and walking around the neighborhood felt like stepping into a local’s routine. If you’re planning a trip to Georgia, keep this spot on your radar – it’s the kind of hidden gem that makes a trip feel personal, just like a conversation with a well‑known friend.

Tbilisi’s hotels showcase the perfect blend of Georgian tradition and modern comfort, with many featuring wine tour services and authentic Caucasian hospitality.

Reviews of APARTMENT in TBILISI Koko

  • Exceptional – Vladimir from Canada – July 22, 2025 (10/10)

    Everything was just fine.

  • I will never come here again! – Mohammadmahdi from Iran – May 17, 2025 (3/10)

    Located near metro station

What could be improved: The worst part was that we had to pay to use the elevator, and the landlord didn’t give us a single coin for it (there was no mention anywhere that using the elevator cost money).
The building’s entrance was full of wild dogs that would bite people.
The neighborhood residents stared at us strangely, as if they had never seen tourists before. One of the locals even stopped us on our way to the apartment and interrogated us, despite not being a police officer.
The landlord didn’t help us at all (though it’s not their duty), and every request we made was rejected.
There was very little light in the living room and bedroom, so it was dark at night.
The cooking utensils were useless, and food would stick to them while frying.

  • Don't go there – Bar from Israel – January 4, 2025 (3/10)

What could be improved: The Beth smells like shit and it wasn't so clean

  • Exceptional – Roman from Israel – August 10, 2025 (10/10)

  • Exceptional – Алина from Russia – August 4, 2025 (10/10)

  • Exceptional – Rémi from France – July 14, 2025 (10/10)

Vladimir from Russia – September 12, 2024 (9/10)

What could be improved: Не очень хорошо работает слив в душе. После похода в душ, в ванной комнате скапливается много воды.

  • Ми тут вже вдруге, все супер – Kateryna from Ukraine – June 4, 2024 (10/10)

    What could be improved: –

  • Exceptional – Anna from Russia – January 12, 2024 (10/10)
