  Nino, the owner of the apartment, patiently waited us in the gate of the apartment. She showed and tour us in all parts of the apartment. She explained every details, and the nearest stores and shops around the apartment. And she is frequently asking if we are comfortable on our stay or if we need anything. I really really like the apartment and the owners hospitality and kindness.
  
  Also, shops, restaurants, and tourist spots are all walking distance from the apartment.
  
  What could be improved: Nothing to dislike, all are organized and clean. Only there are no bidet on the toilet, but other than that, our stay in the apartment is perfect.

  Location is good as buses /taxis available in front of apartment and restaurants, shops, grocery stores near by apartment 15-20 mins walking distance from Maidan Bazaar, bridge of piece, freedom square.
  
  Nino is very welcoming host and try her best to accommodate guest requests.
  
  Apartment is in ground floor, very neat and clean, all necessary items available in this property and balcony faces main road however the apartment entrance is from backside street.
  
  What could be improved: toilet is small size and apartment price is expensive as compare to other properties.

  Самое приятное здесь – это расположение апартаментов. Всё в пешей доступности. Транспортом не пользовались, хотя автобусная остановка расположена у дома. В квартире с большим балконом есть всё необходимое. Хозяйка- гостеприимная, как и все местные люди, которые нам встречались). Вблизи много кафешек и ресторанов с очень вкусной и недорогой едой, недалеко, слева от остановки, расположен обменник с хорошим курсом.
  
  What could be improved: Переплатили 6т за жильё, т.к. меняли деньги по совету хозяйки в аэропорту(.

  Огромное спасибо хозяйке квартиры Нине. Было все необходимое для комфортного проживания, мы чувствовали себя как дома. Расположение великолепное, все рядом, красивый старый центр города, магазины и кафе. На кухне можно прекрасно готовить завтрак, ужин , варить кофе. Много посуды, все продумано до мелочей. Даже тапочки есть. Уютно и просторно. Обязательно приедем еще.
