Apartment Fine Home Overview
When I first stepped into Apartment Fine Home, I was already halfway through my mental map of Tbilisi. The building sits right on Aghmashenebeli Avenue 111, in the lively Chugureti neighborhood, and the buzz of the city feels like a constant, gentle hum – not too loud, not too quiet. I remember walking past the old Georgian bakery on the corner, its scent of freshly baked khachapuri drifting in, and realizing that this spot is where locals hang out between a quick coffee and a stroll to the nearby metro station.
The apartment itself is surprisingly spacious for a city block, with a bright living area that opens onto a small balcony overlooking the old part of town. The walls are painted in muted tones, and the wooden floorboards creak just a little when you walk; it gives the place a homely feel rather than a sterile hotel room. I liked that the kitchen is fully equipped – a great perk if you want to cook your own meals or just grab a quick snack after a day exploring Mtatsminda Park or the Sioni Cathedral. Check‑in was smooth; the front desk staff were friendly, and the keycard system meant I could skip the line and start exploring right away. Parking is a bit of a trade‑off – there’s a small underground garage, but it’s pricey, so I ended up using street parking a few blocks away and walking to the metro. In the evenings, the noise from the metro station gets a bit louder, but by 10 p.m. the apartment is quiet, and you can hear the distant murmur of traffic on Aghmashenebeli.
What really stood out was how the apartment, despite being in a busy area, maintained a calm atmosphere. The air conditioner is a lifesaver during July and August, when the city heats up, and the curtains keep the morning light gentle. I’d recommend staying here during the shoulder months – September or early October – when the crowds thin out but the weather is still pleasantly warm. Just be aware that early mornings can be a bit loud if you’re near the metro, but that’s a small price to pay for being so close to the heart
Tbilisi’s apartments offer spacious accommodations with traditional charm, perfect for families wanting to experience daily life in this hospitable Georgian capital.

Excellent – Dece from Kuwait – November 15, 2024 (10/10)
Most of my filipino friends are coming to georgia. And as a filipino we prefer to have bedit as were more into water when using toilet .. or else atleast have some we call it “TABO” or dipper😀
What could be improved: Its big.. and most of the things we need is availableWonderful – John from United Kingdom – November 18, 2023 (9/10)
Location excellent communication 10/10
Very clean
What could be improved: Just being picky toilet took ages to fill back with water and when there 3 of you sometimes got trickyVery Good – Matthew from United Kingdom – October 30, 2023 (8/10)
Brilliant location (central yet quiet!) quick responses, and a comfortable home. The beds are comfy and everything was clean.
What could be improved: Only downside is that the kitchen area is tiny, and didn't have any glasses or bowls, and while one double bedroom is separate and has a door, the other twin room is actually also the living room space and has no door between it and the hallway/kitchen area, so a bit less private.Great location, clean apartment, kind host, comfortable beds. – Elen from Armenia – October 2, 2023 (10/10)
It was nice and clean. The host was very lovely
Stay there! – Méli_melo^^ from Germany – June 1, 2023 (9/10)
Perfect location, near shops, subway.
2 bedrooms. 1 separate and 1 in the living room.
The owner was really helpful and friendly.
If I go back, I would book the same flat.
What could be improved: It can be noisy due to people outside having long conversations in the middle of the night.
A bit more kitchen space would be nice and cosy night lamps as well.Very Good – Nikolai from Russia – March 2, 2023 (8/10)
great thanks to Nana, who greeted us in Tbilisi! She is very hospitable and kind. The location is awesome, everything you need just 1-2 min walking. Super clean and neat apartments.
What could be improved: During winter time it’s a bit cold.
There is no washing machine.
Shower was a bit broken, we had to repair it)Exceptional – Justyna from Poland – October 30, 2022 (10/10)
Apartment is perfect. Close to the metro station Marjanishvili and bus 337 from the airport. Owners very helpful and hospitable.
What could be improved: nothingExceptional – O///e from Turkey – August 8, 2024 (10/10)
The host, location and space are very nice. The windows are in shade and there is a tiny little courtyard in front of the flat.
The host were extremely kind and allowed us to stay an extra two hours because of the late arrival of new guests.
What could be improved: It was difficult to find the place because Google or Yandex don't show the way to the house, and there are several houses with the same number 111. The owner tried to connect us, but my phone was unavailable.
The bathroom was a bit damp and there was no ventilation.Wonderful – Dexter from United Arab Emirates – February 8, 2023 (9/10)
The house is decent, but if you are in a group of 5-6, the heated water tank is small to give you a warm bath.
The location is a good value for your money. The street is IG-worthy and accessible to public transport. It is also close to the metro station and the river if you want to have a morning stroll.Exceptional – Cristina from Georgia – December 12, 2024 (10/10)
Very affordable, great location. Will book again if I return to Tbilisi.
