The location on Akhalubani Street is actually brilliant if you know Tbilisi well. You’re right in the heart of the old town, which means you can walk to most of the major sights without dealing with the city’s notoriously chaotic traffic. I mean, Narikala Fortress is practically next door, and the sulfur baths district is just a few minutes on foot. What I really appreciated was having parking available on-site — trust me, finding a parking spot in this part of the city is usually a nightmare, so this is a huge advantage.

The Space Itself

The room — well, it’s really more of a full apartment — feels incredibly spacious for central Tbilisi. The design strikes this perfect balance between modern luxury and Georgian character, with high ceilings and beautiful hardwood floors that you’d expect in these historic buildings. The kitchen is fully equipped, which came in handy when I wanted to prepare some fresh produce from the nearby markets. Everything feels premium quality, from the linens to the fixtures, and honestly, it rivals some of the best luxury hotels I’ve stayed at in the region.

  Location, clearness and the view. You can’t get the view without being on top of a hill so walking uphill is required. Easy access to local taxi. Very good host and attentive.

  very nice landlord. the apartment was clean and has air conditioning in every room, which is urgently needed in summer.
  There are a few blemishes here and there (e.g. shower a bit unstable).
