I noticed couples everywhere during my stay, and honestly, it makes sense — there’s something romantic about watching the city lights reflect on the water from your window.

The Space Itself

The room — well, it’s more of a full living space really — feels like someone actually lives there rather than just passes through. The kitchen is properly equipped (I made coffee every morning and even attempted khachapuri one evening), and everything feels thoughtfully chosen rather than just functional. What struck me most was how quiet it was; you’d never guess you’re in the heart of the city. The windows are well-insulated, and the whole place has this calm, residential vibe that’s hard to find in traditional hotels.

Practical Perks

Let me tell you about the parking situation — because if you’re driving in Tbilisi, you know this is actually a big deal. They have free private parking right on site, which saved me probably 20 lari a day and a lot of stress trying to find street spots. The building itself is secure, and getting to apartment 248 is straightforward once you know the system. The hosts were responsive when I had questions, but mostly I didn’t need to bother them — everything just worked as it should.

  Beautiful view from the balcony, very clean and good looking apartment. Host was hospitable. TV:s were good and could be easily connected wirelessly to laptop. Having a grocery store and shopping mall nearby was also useful. Facilities were useful such as a washing machine and a dishwasher. The air-conditioning is good and easily adjustable. The interior was very modern and cozy. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely visit again.

  The Appartment is amazing!!!! Everything was perfect. It is so cosy and modern, very clear and fresh and have such a wonderful view on Tbilisi! We enjoyed our staying. In the building there is the mini market Spar, old Tbilisi is near too. So we will comeback here once again!
