The walls are adorned with local art, and a vintage lamp hovers over the sofa, providing a soft, amber glow in the evenings. I found the sound of distant bells from the nearby churches surprisingly comforting, a soothing backdrop that made the space feel like a living, breathing part of the city.

Check‑in was honestly a breeze—no long lines, just a quick chat and a card swipe. The apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen, which was a lifesaver after a day of exploring. I made a quick omelette using fresh herbs from the balcony garden and it tasted like a home cooked meal straight from a Georgian grandmother’s kitchen. The Wi‑Fi was strong, and the TV had a decent selection of local channels, which I used to watch a folk dance performance while sipping wine. The noise level is generally low, though if you’re a light sleeper you might want to bring earplugs—there’s a certain clamor from the bus stop outside when the city wakes up early.

Parking is a bit of a challenge; the street is narrow, and street parking is scarce. The nearest paid lot is a few minutes’ walk away on Vakhtang VI Street, which was a bit more expensive than I expected, but it’s a small price for the peace of mind that your car is safe. If you’re a car owner, you might want to keep an eye on your vehicle during the night, just because of the occasional street vendor who sets up shop right next to the entrance. The noise from the market, while lively, does not extend beyond a few streets away, so the quiet sanctuary.

  Everything is fine, the photos are true. The owner of the apartment, Kakha, gave us a mini-tour of nearby shops, currency exchange offices and showed us the local market. The apartments are clean, have the necessary utensils, towels, hairdryer, washing machine. You can't hear the neighbors, it's quiet.

  Excellent location, friendly landlord, we had a flight arriving at 10pm, he patiently waited us and showed us the apartments as well as the facilities around( shops, etc)

  The host was very kind, and allowed for an early check in, and showed us all amenities. He even took a stroll with us around the neighborhood, showing the restaurants, supermarkets and metro station. The best thing about the apartment is its location – very close, walking distance to all major attractions. There are also several markets and good restaurants in the vicinity. The metro station is about 5 minutes walk away. The AC was an absolute blessing, especially under the hot August Sun. The apartment is located in a courtyard, so it is very quiet and comfy at night. The beds were comfy, and the linen was clean. The TV with various channels, including live football and comedy central was a pleasant surprise. Excellent value for money.
  
  What could be improved: As others have mentioned, the courtyard leading to the apartment is sort of run-down, but it is certainly not a deal-breaker. The shower was a bit too small, but nothing one cannot manage.

  Good location. Grocery shops, restaurants, pharmacy, bakeries, vegetables/fruits market, small park, souvenir shops are all nearby. Major tourist attractions are at walkable distance. A friendly host.

  Отличное местоположение, метро в шаговой доступности, достопримечательности рядом. В апартаментах все удобства, чисто. Хозяин Каха встретил ночью, все объяснил, дал проездные карты))) спасибо за прием!
