  I love the property beyond my expectation clean and sanitize well. Staying there feels like home. Very comfortable and cozy place highly recommended. The owner really nice and caretaker they are hospitable and approachable. If you need anything she replied. Peaceful and calm area you can really rest and relax. Nearby the attractions 10mins away walking. I'm surely to book again there and recommended with my friends. Very safe place 🇬🇪. 💯😍❤️

  The flexibility arrangement and friendly staff. The bed is comfortable, and bedsheets are so soft. The area is quiet. Close to a supermarket within a 10-minute walk. Nearby restaurants. Equipped with kitchenette, refrigerator.

  The apparent located in the proximity of the old Tbilisi town with all amenities. Nice, cosy and quiet place with everything you need. Grocery store located within 2 minutes walk. If you are fancy local breads , there are plenty of bakeries around the house within 5 minutes walk. Can’t say anything bad about this place. If you want to stay in the real Tbilisi and enjoy the vibes of the old city. This is the right place. It is well recommended….

  The owners are so responsive and friendly once you message them. My flight was at 9 pm, they let me stay at my room for more 3hrs without extra charge while waiting for my flight. Very clean, comfortable, safe, new place and complete!
