  Расположение рядом со всеми туристическими местами в старом городе при этом на тихой улице, аутентичный дворик, был в восторге от него. Хороший ремонт. В квартире было все необходимое для проживания, много места, ТВ, вода, вай-фай все работало без проблем. Даже были развлечения для ребенка в виде настольных игр, паззлов и т.д. Хозяин был на связи и на все вопросы всегда оперативно отвечал. Комфортная температура сохранялась даже если долго не включать кондиционер.
  
  What could be improved: Учтите, что дом старенький, сверху кто-то ходит, но нам это не мешало абсолютно. Собачка на улице добрая, но могла полаять на непрошенных гостей (типа других животных, так как во двор посторонние не пройдут, он на замке), ее слышно в одной из комнат, но если окно не открыто – не проснетесь=) Кровати мелковаты, если спать втроем (с ребенком), компенсируется второй комнатой.

  Все чисто, много посуды, все необходимое для приготовления еды. Район топовый, все близко, приятно прогуливаться по вечерам.

  Месторасположение прекрасное, старый город и этим всё сказано, все достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. Магазины и рестораны в двух минутах ходьбы.
  Очень аутентичный дворик в котором находится квартира.
  Хозяева замечательные люди. Мы прилетели поздно, почти в полночь, хозяин нас ждал, завел в дом, все показал, объяснил что как работает.
  Большая, просторная, очень чистая и хорошо оборудованная квартира,
  светлая с высокими потолками, с отличным интернетом. Про хороший интернет: все пишут хороший интернет, но мои друзья поселились на соседней улице, интернет никакой, постоянно отключался, они потратили весь свой интернет и ещё пришлось докупать. Здесь реально хороший интернет.
  Кровати очень удобные, обычно я вне дома очень плохо сплю, здесь ни разу за ночь не проснулась.
  В квартире есть кондиционер, есть отопление, жалюзи на окнах, решётки безопасности , сетки от комаров. При входе маленькая веранда со столиком и стульями. Кухня полностью оборудована, по мне так больше чем необходимо.
  Я уверена что это не последний наш раз в Тбилиси, буду стараться попасть сюда снова. Ничего лучше в в плане расположение, самой квартиры и хозяев не могу себе представить. Само собой очень рекомендую!!!

  Дом был очень красивый, уютный, в одной спальне была большая двуспальная кровать, в другой чуть поменьше, но обе были очень удобны. На кухне было все необходимое. Хотя мы не просили, но хозяин дома предоставил нам дополнительную лежанку со своим бельем (если вдруг у нас остановится гость), были еще и теплые одеяла. Полностью соответствует картинкам.
  
  What could be improved: Общий дом был очень старый, полуразрушенный, наверху – во втором этаже, когда кто-то ходил, пол ужасно скрипел.
