The front desk greeted me with the kind of warm, almost apologetic smile you get when someone’s just trying to keep the front-line good. The check‑in process was smooth, but the Wi‑Fi password was a bit of a treasure hunt—turns out the staff left it on a sticky note in a place that only someone familiar with the building would know where to look.

The room itself is a modest, well‑cleaned space with a slightly rough wooden floor that feels solid underfoot, a feature that’s a welcome contrast to the slick glass of many newer hotels in the area. There’s a small balcony that opens onto a street where the evening light flickers over the rooftops, and I could almost hear the faint choir of cicadas at night. The bed was comfortable enough to forget a day of sightseeing, but the blackout curtains were a bit too thick, making it hard to let the morning sun in before the city’s traffic started its day‑long rhythm. The bathroom had a surprisingly fresh scent of lavender steam—an unexpected luxury that made the entire stay feel a touch more indulgent. Parking is a bit of a chore; there’s a tiny lot behind the building, but you’re not going to see free street parking unless you’re lucky. On the bright side, the building’s thick walls keep the traffic noise from the intersection at a respectable low, so you can fall asleep to a gentle hum rather than a full‑on roar.

  Very nice apartments right at the center, bunch of restaurants and shop in the area, 5 min walk from liberty square. The owner is extremely nice and helpful, the apartments are very nice and comfortable, really I don't have something wrong to say about

  We have been 2couples who have been there during 4-8 August for 4nights; The owner (Nora)was really friendly and nice; We arrived 2hours later than the time we fixed before and she nicely came about 9 pm for check in; Also, she had helpful recommendations for where to go, what to eat, where to visit and…
  The beds were clean and the cotton pillowcases and bedspreads and towels were very clean.
  The apartment and all the facilities were clean and no insects or bad smell.
  there was a lot of different kind of useful dishes for cooking (although we didn’t use 😜🤪😉)even coffee grinder and can opener. Everything you need for a long stay you can find here.
  The WiFi was free and high speed.
  The apartment has a private parking which was important for us.
  
  About the location, it is wonderful and also safe. Very close to the freedom square. There were 2 exchanges in the neighborhood with great rates.
  
  What could be improved: As it is in the second floor and the staircase is round, It maybe not be easy to go up and down for those who have mobility problems.

  The owner was very kind and friendly. The location of the house is excellent. The house was clean, but the furniture was very old and historical.
  
  What could be improved: The beds made a lot of noise and the mattress was not comfortable at all and its springs sank into the body. Wi-Fi was disconnected or its speed was very low. There was no hair dryer. There was no pot. The light in the bathroom and toilet was low. Our main problem was the very uncomfortable beds.

  После бронирования апартаментов, хорошее общение с Норой( хозяйкой) по телефону. Шикарная встреча в аэропорту Тбилиси. Большая, удобная квартира, почти две недели проживания оставили очень хорошие впечатления, семья 4 человека с двумя детьми, довольны все. Тихий, уютный дворик, отличное место. Самый высший бал. Это второе посещение Грузии, и есть с чем сравнить. Уверены, что следующие остановка, будет только у Норы.

  Апартаменты расположены на втором этаже старинного дома с уютным и ухоженным внутренним двором. Подъем осуществляется по живописной винтовой лестнице, придающей особый шарм этому месту. Здесь есть всё необходимое для комфортного отдыха и жизни: современная бытовая техника, постельное белье, кухня и необходимые средства гигиены. В квартире есть кондиционеры, поэтому всегда прохладно, что очень важно, тк в городе было +37°.
  
  
  Особое внимание заслуживает наша замечательная хозяйка Нора. Она встречала нас прямо в аэропорту, продемонстрировав невероятное гостеприимство и заботу о гостях. Благодаря её вниманию мы смогли быстро адаптироваться к новому городу и начали путешествие с приятного знакомства с местной культурой. По нашей просьбе она помогла приобрести билеты на автобус в Батуми, благодаря чему наше дальнейшее путешествие прошло гладко.
  
  Расположение апартаментов идеально подходит для тех, кто хочет насладиться атмосферой старого города, погрузившись в историю и очарование столицы Грузии. Рядом находятся основные достопримечательности Тбилиси, включая площадь Свободы, Метехская крепость и множество кафе, ресторанов и магазинов.
  
  Эти апартаменты отлично подойдут путешественникам, желающим ощутить дух настоящей грузинской культуры и окунуться в тихий уголок исторического центра города. Мы остались довольны нашим выбором и рекомендуем эти апартаменты тем, кто ищет спокойствия и уюта вдали от шума больших улиц, наслаждаясь истинно домашним приемом и незабываемым отдыхом.

  What could be improved: При каждом повороте скрипят кровати. Они, красивые старинные, при этом было бы хорошо заменить «внутренности», чтоб ничего не скрипело.
