The apartment itself is about 20 square meters, but it’s clever: a Murphy bed, a small kitchenette with a kettle, fridge, and a tiny stove. During the day, the apartment is bright, and the single window view shows a small courtyard where a couple of people are doing yoga in the sunshine. I paused to watch them for a few minutes; the whole place feels like a living room in the heart of the city.

If you’re planning to explore, the street you’re on, Elene Akhvlediani, is a great spot for wandering. Just a few minutes’ walk brings you to the old town’s main square, where the Ottoman-era clock tower still stands, and the wine shops line the streets with Armenian and Georgian blends—try the “Tsinandali” at the corner, it’s a local favorite. I also took the metro from the nearby station, which is a five‑minute walk, and it’s surprisingly quiet—no screaming crowds, just the rhythmic clatter of the trains. For a night out, there’s a small jazz bar on the corner that plays a mix of Georgian folk and contemporary tunes; the bartender knows your name if you’re there often, which is a nice touch. The only downside I found was the Wi‑Fi. It’s decent for browsing, but if you’re trying to stream video, it can hiccup when the whole block is buzzing. Also, the apartment’s heating is a bit on the low side in winter, so I had to pull a blanket over the sofa in January. But it’s a small thing, and the building does have a communal laundry room that’s surprisingly clean.   The location is very central with free parking around. Two bedroom appartment, fully equipped, very clean and comfortable. Helpful owner. Just across the Holy Trinity church. Super markets and restaurants, metro station and the bus stops at walking distance.

  The owner was very welcoming and friendly, the apartment is clean, comfortable, there were lots of useful staff such as shampoo, tissues, sleepers and so on. There was plenty of cutlery, crockery and linen.

  We stayed 4 nights with our family. Apartment is brand new on a ground floor while host are living on the first floor and Gurgen took care of us like a family. He provided free of charge pick up. House is located in-yeard and quited while 1 minute to main Tbilisi cathedral and 5 mins walk to metro station, two supermarkets and a bakery are nearby. Gurgen advised us on all travel and sightseeing and we agreed on tours for two days when he wasa very good guide. All the apartment is freshly refurbished, nice bathroom with hot water, quick wifi, washing machine, A/C and equipperd kitchen is available.
