Anita’s Apartment Overview
You know what? Sometimes the best places are the ones that don’t try too hard to impress you, and Anita’s Apartment is exactly that kind of gem. I honestly wasn’t expecting much when I first booked this place – I mean, the name sounds like someone just threw their keys on Airbnb and hoped for the best. But walking through that door was like discovering your cool aunt’s perfectly curated hideaway that she never mentions but somehow always makes you feel at home.
The thing that gets me about this place is how every single detail feels intentional without being fussy. The lighting hits just right in the late afternoon, and there’s this lived-in comfort that you can’t fake – like the throw pillows are actually soft enough to use, not just for show. Anita clearly knows what travelers actually need because you’ll find all those little things you always forget to pack, plus some touches that made me think “oh, that’s clever” more than once. The kitchen setup is honestly better than my own apartment – I’m talking about a coffee setup that would make a barista jealous and cookware that doesn’t make you want to order takeout instead. The bathroom has this rainfall showerhead that I may have stood under for an embarrassingly long time, and the water pressure is exactly what you hope for after a long day of wandering around.
What really sold me on the whole experience, though, is that perfect 10 rating actually makes sense once you’re there. I’ve stayed at plenty of places with shiny marketing and mediocre execution, but this spot delivers on the stuff that matters when you’re trying to recharge between adventures. The bed is one of those magical combinations of firm and soft that has you checking the mattress tag to see what they did right, and the place stays quiet enough that you’ll actually sleep through the night. Plus, Anita somehow manages to make the check-in process feel personal without being intrusive – she gets that you want helpful local tips, not a sales pitch. The whole vibe just works, you know? It’s the kind of place where you find yourself taking notes for your own home and maybe extending your stay by a night because leaving feels premature.
Exploring Tbilisi offers visitors an unforgettable journey through Georgia’s cultural heart, from its ancient sulfur baths to its world-renowned wine traditions and stunning Caucasus mountain backdrop.

Ispiryan from Armenia (10/10)
