  The location was fine once I could be directed to the correct entrance. It was a surprise to find such a nice property behind the front door which may be deceiving. Alex was very generous in assisting me to reach the train station the morning of my departure. Stores and a nice bakery are all close by. It is also walking distance about 10-15 minutes from Republic Square.

  The location is in a nice funky part of old Tbilisi.

  What could be improved: It was the hardest place to find that I have ever experienced in 30yrs of travel (74 countries). No AA Hotel name on the outside to make it easy to find. Multiple similar locations with the same #35 address. Google Maps indicated a different place (even the Bolt driver couldn't find the right one), so I walked around for 45min asking people where the hotel was. Nobody knew. No window to look out of. The bed is soft and squeaky. The table is too small to do much on.

  Otel sahibi ALEX ve ailesi bizi sıcak bir şekilde karşıladı. Aslında burayı bir otel olarak değil de şirin bir ev olarak düşünmeniz gerekiyor. Otelin temizliği ve turistik noktalara yürüme mesafesi oldukça iyiydi. Neredeyse hiç bir ulaşım aracı kullanmadık. Tatil boyunca otel ile ilgili bizi rahatsız eden hiç bir sorun olmadı. Tatil sonunda ALEX ve ailesi bizleri yine çok ilgili bir şekilde ülkemize uğurladı.

  Понравилось всё, начиная с того что нас встретили на вокзале, заканчивая тем что нас утром рано отвезли на вокзал, не смотря на то, что было 2 января. Хозяин отеля лучший из лучших! Провел небольшую экскурсию где вкусно поесть, куда можно сходить, где хороший курс в обменнике и многое другое. Сам отель расположен в старой части города, все достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. В общем мы остались довольны!

  Кто собирается в тбилиси сразу без раздумий сюда. Самое удобное расположение. Прямо в центре. Прекрасный хозяин, и встретит и проводит. Я была с мамой, нам очень понравилось. Мы ощущали себя как дома благодаря ему. Могли обратиться к нему с любым вопросом. Просто прекрасный человек. Долгое время не смогла написать отзыв из за сбоя приложения. Даже спустя столько времени я вернулась, чтобы написать отзыв. Потому что, эта поездка стоит этого. Спасибо большое!
