The rooms are generous – not just the bedrooms, but the common areas where you’ll probably end up spending most of your time. The kitchen is actually functional, which sounds like a low bar but you’d be surprised how many vacation rentals fail that basic test. I ended up cooking a few meals there, partly because the local markets are so incredible, but also because the space just invites that kind of relaxed, homey behavior. The bathrooms are well-appointed without being flashy, and having five of them means nobody’s waiting around or feeling rushed. Small detail, but the water pressure was consistently good – something you learn to appreciate after enough travel experiences where it wasn’t. The whole place has this comfortable, unfussy vibe that lets you settle in quickly, which I think is what you really want when you’re trying to explore a city like Tbilisi properly. You need a base that works without demanding attention, and this apartment delivers exactly that.

  I must give a perfect score for this apartment, because everything is amazing, the staff is friendly, the location is perfect, 24 supermarkets, shopping malls are near, I can go to the Rustaveli Avenue on foot, and the room is large, clean and comfortable. I will recommend my friends stay here and I will stay here again when I visit Tbilisi for the next time.

  Wonderful clean space. Felt right at home and loved the soft beds and transfer service from and to the airport! Location was great for visiting Tbilisi sights and has great restaurants in Walk range. Host was very attentive to all our needs. Couldn’t be happier with our stay in Tbilisi!

  Giorgi is a terrific host. He sent a transfer for us in the airport with a really nice driver. The apartment is really lovely, well maintained and clean. The location is lovely, not far from the great little restaurants. We have every intention of going back.

  I stayed at the place for several nights. If I had to put my experience in a nutshell: ABSOLUTELY AWESOME (not a word Swiss people use that much😉)
  The apartment is as beautiful as in the photos, the location is priceless (within a 10 min walk: to old town, nightlife streets, other historical places, etc…)
  But the real highlight for me was quality of the service, how host waited for us late at night, how he took care of our luggage, how clean and smooth was check in process, how clean and tidy was the apartment itself, what smell we felt as soon as we stepped in the apartment, how incredibly quick responding host was to all questions and needs. If you like good Music, you have to ask Giorgi and you‘ll get the best recommendations for clubs and other local places! Great experience thank you for everything!!!

  A lovely place to call "home" after a day of sightseeing. We enjoyed the close proximity to restaurants, marketplaces and the local tourist sights. It’s location gave us an excellent "taste" of the local Georgian culture!!!

  What a fantastic host, his apartment is perfect and super clean. Driver who took us from the airport was great. Host went above and beyond to make us feel at home, he provided every requirement and excellent recommendations, was always a phone call (or WhatsApp) away when needed. Everything is within walking distance. If you want to feel like you are apart of the town and not just a tourist, you have to stay here!
