I found myself having morning coffee out there, working with my laptop in the afternoon shade, then staying for sunset with a glass of wine. It’s that kind of space that just pulls you in.

The whole experience feels more like borrowing a friend’s amazing apartment than staying in typical tourist accommodation. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward – none of that awkward front desk dance – and the hosts clearly know what they’re doing. With an 8.8 rating, I wasn’t surprised to find little thoughtful touches throughout, like actually good coffee (not those sad hotel packets) and shower pressure that doesn’t make you question your life choices. The neighborhood has that authentic feel where you’re living alongside locals rather than trapped in a tourist bubble. I’d honestly come back just for that terrace – there’s something addictive about having that much outdoor space when you’re used to cramped hotel balconies that barely fit two chairs.

Hotel in Tbilisi booking should be done early, especially during harvest season when the city hosts internationally celebrated wine festivals and cultural events.

  The terrace is huge and the view is right on the Trinity Cathedral. Location is nice, next to the metro. A lot of groceries nearby. Apartment itself is spacious, the kitchen is great, fully equipped with the dishwasher.

  The apartment was very big and cozy, and beds and billows were very comfortable.

  A neighborhood is a bit strange, but all you need is nearby: restaurants, grocery, wine shops etc.
