34 Silver Rooms Overview

First Impressions

Walking up to 34 Silver Rooms on Vertskhli II Dead End, you immediately get the sense that this four-star boutique hotel knows exactly what it’s doing. The name isn’t just clever marketing — there really are 34 thoughtfully designed rooms, and the silver accents throughout the property give it this understated elegance that feels refreshing after seeing so many over-the-top hotel lobbies. It’s tucked away on a quiet side street, which honestly makes discovering it feel like you’ve stumbled onto something special that most tourists haven’t figured out yet.

Location & Neighborhood

Here’s what I love about the location in Tbilisi — you’re literally in the heart of everything, but you’re not dealing with the noise and chaos that usually comes with that. The dead-end street means no through traffic, so you can actually sleep with your windows open if you want. You can walk to the sulfur baths in about five minutes, and the cable car up to Narikala Fortress is maybe a seven-minute stroll. I mean, couples absolutely rave about this spot (they’ve rated the location 9.7), and after spending time here, I totally get why.

The Room Experience

The room I stayed in had this perfect balance — modern amenities without feeling sterile, and enough Georgian character to remind you where you are. The beds are actually comfortable (not always a given in this part of the world), and the bathrooms have proper water pressure, which you’ll appreciate after a day of exploring Tbilisi’s cobblestone streets. What really impressed me was the attention to detail — good lighting for reading, plenty of outlets where you need them, and blackout curtains that actually work.

Breakfast & Daily Rhythms

The buffet breakfast is honestly better than it needs to be for a hotel this size. They’ve got the Georgian staples covered — fresh khachapuri, local cheeses, and honey that’s probably from somewhere nearby — but they also understand that international guests might want familiar options too. I found myself lingering over coffee longer than usual, partly because the breakfast area has these great windows that let you watch the neighborhood wake up. There’s something really pleasant about starting your day here before heading out to tackle Tbilisi’s museums or wine bars.

Why Guests Love It

You know what sets this place apart? It’s that sweet spot where everything just works without feeling corporate or impersonal. The staff actually knows the city well enough to give you directions that make sense, and the 9.1 rating reflects what you experience — a hotel that delivers on its promises without trying to be something it’s not. Whether you’re planning romantic evenings in Old Town or using Tbilisi as a base for day trips into the Georgian countryside, 34 Silver Rooms gives you a solid, comfortable home base that won’t break the bank but won’t disappoint either.

Best hotels in Tbilisi range from charming boutique properties in the historic Old Town to elegant hillside hotels with stunning views of the Mtkvari River and Narikala Fortress.

The staff were super friendly. They helped us a few times to order transfers and taxis. They also helped us with a few issues with cleaning that we had.
We very much liked the location as the hotel is close to the old city and to the Freedom Square.
The beds were comfy, and there were plenty of electric outlets. There were shower gels and shampoos provided, and also a kettle and a blow dryer.
We didn't eat breakfast, so can't tell anything about the food.
