2BR, 2BA Apartment in the City Hub Overview
I’ll be honest – when I first saw the name 2BR, 2BA Apartment in the City Hub, I wasn’t expecting much. The listing felt pretty generic, you know? But honestly, this place surprised me in all the right ways. It’s one of those 4-star finds that actually delivers on the promise, which doesn’t happen as often as you’d think.
The apartment itself is really well thought out – and I mean that in a practical way, not just aesthetically. The two bedrooms are properly sized (not those cramped spaces where you’re bumping into furniture), and having two full bathrooms is honestly a game changer when you’re traveling with family or friends. No more morning bathroom queues or awkward conversations about shower schedules. The living area flows nicely into the kitchen, which actually has counter space to work with – something I’ve learned not to take for granted in city apartments. The whole place feels lived-in but fresh, if that makes sense. Like someone actually designed it for real people, not just Instagram photos.
What really sold me on this spot was the location within the city hub area. You’re close enough to everything that matters, but you’re not dealing with the constant street noise that can drive you crazy at 2 AM. I slept really well here, which is saying something because I’m usually sensitive to city sounds. The building itself seems well-maintained – the hallways don’t have that weird hotel carpet smell, and the elevator actually works properly (again, something you appreciate more after a few travel disasters). Check-in was straightforward, no drama, and the 10 rating from other guests makes total sense once you’re actually staying here. It’s not fancy in a flashy way, but everything works exactly as it should. The kind of place where you can spread out your stuff, cook a proper breakfast if you want to, and just… relax. Sometimes that’s exactly what you need when you’re trying to explore a new city without feeling like you’re living out of a suitcase.
To book hotel in Tbilisi during the famous Tbilisi Jazz Festival season, visitors should make reservations well in advance as the city attracts wine enthusiasts and cultural travelers from around the world.

The apartment is very nicely decorated and well furnished. It has a nice, clean bathroom and a fully-stocked kitchen. Additionally, the apartment has two true bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living room. More importantly, the apartment is within walkable distance to all major attractions as well as numerous restaurants in the old town.
The host is warm, responsive, and extremely thoughtful. He goes out of his way to accommodate his guests during their stay. Definitely one of the best places to stay in Tbilisi.Nikos from Greece (10/10)
Outstanding apartment, quiet location but in the center close to main tourist sites. Good local amenities. Lovely, helpful and physically very strong host, he took all of my luggage at once:) Highly recommend.

The place was one of our best booking stays. The flat was clean, spacious, had everything needed to live and was a great location for restaurants, buses, etc. It is right in the center of Tbilisi yet very quiet and safe. was very helpful and responsive to all our needs. We highly recommend the place!

Excellent location. Comfy beds. Great help to have a well working washer/dryer in the unit. We failed to reserve a parking spot for our car, but when the host saw we were traveling by car he helped us find a parking spot at the building by himself, overall great accommodation for what we paid and more, the apartment itself was spacious clean and comfy, the location just could not have been better.

A perfect apartment for relaxing a few days or more. Everything is really well thought-out and inviting, and there is a lot of space. All the shops and sights of the city centre are within walking distance, so it's a perfect starting point for exploring Tbilisi. We hope we'll be back some time!

The location is in the heart of Tbilisi and at the same time on a very quiet street.
This place has so many cute little things and amenities that exceeded our expectations. There is everything you might need if you stay with your family or with your friends.
We were surprised by the softest mattresses.Jelena from Latvia (10/10)
Our stay here was exceptional. Everything was beautiful. The location is unique and close to everything a person needs throughout his day. The way to reach the apartment is easy and not difficult, and there are no slopes. The owner of the apartment is very helpful. He helped us carry our bags. The apartment was spacious, clean and complete. It has everything for a comfort stay. We'll be back, and we also recommend it to our friends.
Maha from Saudi Arabia (10/10)
The flat was great for our family. We each had our own space and a comfortable area to come together for dinner and hanging out. We didn’t use the kitchen that much, but it looked well stocked with cooking supplies and dishes. We were very happy with the accommodations.

A really well appointed and equipped flat in a great location in Tbilisi – just a short walk to Rustaveli Avenue. Good selection of places to eat and local supermarkets nearby. And being in Tbilisi, there's so much to do. Thanks Giorgi- would be delighted to stay again if the chance arises.
Nira from Israel (10/10)
Nice house in a beautiful and quite hood in Tbilisi. Giorgi is a kind host and he made everything so easy, he let us check in earlier as we had to leave the luggage soon. We really recommend it if you go to Tbilisi.
