2BR, 2BA Apartment in the City Hub Overview

First Impressions

When I first walked into 2BR, 2BA Apartment in the City Hub, honestly, I wasn’t expecting much from what sounded like a pretty generic name. But you know what? Sometimes the most straightforward places surprise you the most. This four-star apartment sits right on Pavle Ingorokva Street in Mtatsminda, and I mean right in the thick of things — you can actually feel the pulse of Tbilisi from the windows. The space feels more like a friend’s well-appointed place than a typical rental, which is exactly what you want when you’re staying somewhere for more than a night or two.

The Space That Works

The layout here actually makes sense, which — let’s be honest — isn’t always the case with apartment rentals. You’ve got two proper bedrooms that don’t feel cramped, and the two bathrooms mean you’re not doing that awkward dance around each other in the morning. The main living area flows naturally into a kitchen that’s actually equipped for real cooking, not just reheating takeout. I spent a good chunk of one evening just sitting by the windows, watching the neighborhood come alive as the sun set over the city.

Mtatsminda Magic

Here’s the thing about this location — Mtatsminda isn’t just some random district name you’ll forget. It’s one of those areas where locals actually live and work, but it’s also perfectly positioned for exploring the old town and the main attractions. You can walk to Rustaveli Avenue in about fifteen minutes, or catch the funicular up to Mtatsminda Park when you want those postcard views of the city. The street itself has this nice mix of cafes and small shops that feel authentically Georgian, not touristy at all.

Living Like a Local

What I really appreciated was how the place lets you settle into Tbilisi’s rhythm rather than just passing through it. There’s a small restaurant just down the street where the owner remembers your coffee order by day three, and a little market around the corner for those random things you always need. The apartment’s setup means you can actually spread out your stuff, do some laundry, maybe cook a meal with ingredients from the local bazaar. It’s that rare rental where you don’t feel like you’re living out of a suitcase the whole time.

Why Guests Love It

The perfect rating this place has earned makes complete sense once you’ve stayed here. It’s not trying to be flashy or over-the-top — it’s just genuinely comfortable and well-thought-out. Couples seem to particularly love it, and I can see why. There’s enough space to not be on top of each other constantly, but it’s cozy enough to feel intimate. Plus, being in a real neighborhood rather than a hotel district means you get those little moments of authentic city life that make a trip memorable. The combination of practical comfort and genuine local flavor is exactly what you want when you’re exploring a city like Tbilisi.

To book hotel in Tbilisi during the famous Tbilisi Jazz Festival season, visitors should make reservations well in advance as the city attracts wine enthusiasts and cultural travelers from around the world.

The apartment is very nicely decorated and well furnished. It has a nice, clean bathroom and a fully-stocked kitchen. Additionally, the apartment has two true bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living room. More importantly, the apartment is within walkable distance to all major attractions as well as numerous restaurants in the old town.
The host is warm, responsive, and extremely thoughtful. He goes out of his way to accommodate his guests during their stay. Definitely one of the best places to stay in Tbilisi.

Excellent location. Comfy beds. Great help to have a well working washer/dryer in the unit. We failed to reserve a parking spot for our car, but when the host saw we were traveling by car he helped us find a parking spot at the building by himself, overall great accommodation for what we paid and more, the apartment itself was spacious clean and comfy, the location just could not have been better.

A perfect apartment for relaxing a few days or more. Everything is really well thought-out and inviting, and there is a lot of space. All the shops and sights of the city centre are within walking distance, so it's a perfect starting point for exploring Tbilisi. We hope we'll be back some time!

  • Jelena from Latvia (10/10)

Our stay here was exceptional. Everything was beautiful. The location is unique and close to everything a person needs throughout his day. The way to reach the apartment is easy and not difficult, and there are no slopes. The owner of the apartment is very helpful. He helped us carry our bags. The apartment was spacious, clean and complete. It has everything for a comfort stay. We'll be back, and we also recommend it to our friends.

  • Maha from Saudi Arabia (10/10)

The flat was great for our family. We each had our own space and a comfortable area to come together for dinner and hanging out. We didn’t use the kitchen that much, but it looked well stocked with cooking supplies and dishes. We were very happy with the accommodations.

  • Andrea from Italy (10/10)

A really well appointed and equipped flat in a great location in Tbilisi – just a short walk to Rustaveli Avenue. Good selection of places to eat and local supermarkets nearby. And being in Tbilisi, there's so much to do. Thanks Giorgi- would be delighted to stay again if the chance arises.

  • Nira from Israel (10/10)

Nice house in a beautiful and quite hood in Tbilisi. Giorgi is a kind host and he made everything so easy, he let us check in earlier as we had to leave the luggage soon. We really recommend it if you go to Tbilisi.
