  The apartment was amazing 🤩

  necessary equipment. It is important to note that the apartment was very clean, the bed linen was fresh.

  location was good, there is a big kitchen/ lounge area, enough cutlery. check in / out is easy, as host has a key box outside.
  
  What could be improved: apartment wasn't cleaned properly, there was hairs in the shower, in the kitchen. untensils and plates were not cleaned properly. moreso, there was an issue with dishwashing machine – we switched it on, but the extension lead has burnt out and I was luvky to return home and notice that was some strange noise and strong smell of burning electricity in the room.

  Localisation is really great and it has 2 bedrooms and big saloon/kitchen.
  
  What could be improved: Main problem was luck of hot water and the way it was handled by a host. We sent information to the host that the water preasure was too low and we asked for help or instructions how to fix it. The answer wasn't clear enough to do it. We were after 12h of travel and very exhausted. We tried to contact the host again in the morning but there was no response from him. In our opiniom that's very rude. He didn't take any action to help us nor send "sorry" for what happened. Second problem is the "pricing "policy". It should be interesting for Booking. The price presented in Booking listing was 67 GEL but final price was 127 GEL. There was 60 GEL additional fees. It's quite common that some municipal taxes are added but in this case, the final price was twice as much which is unusual. We were "strongly asked" to accept additional fee to keep the reservation. We did it but we regret it. Next day we found a room in very nice hotel 50 meters away for 130 GEL with breakfast. In our opinion such. "pricing policy" should be banned.

  What could be improved: Есть вентилятор , но это не достаёт до кондиционера . но надеюсь будет кондиционер . Понравилось , обстановка квартиры , и что окна в спальнях на высоте 😊. Я надеюсь следующий раз взять в аренду эту же квартиру, если она будет в обслуживании для нас , гостей , и если она будет свободна.

  Отдыхали с семьей, аппартаменты находятся в самом центре, на тихой и красивой улице, все в пешой близости. Было все необходимое для кухни и быта,(во время бронирования прилагается дополнительная плата за уборку около 60 GEL в букинге). Хозяйка очень общительная и отзывчивая

  Odbiór bezproblemowy, jest skrytka z kluczem przy drzwiach. Parkingu jako tako nie ma, można zaparkować przy ulicy. Ciasno, ale nie mieliśmy problemu z zaparkowaniem. Największym plusem jest lokalizacja, schodzi się uliczkę, dwie i jest się w centrum. Z małych rzeczy – parę kubków więcej, suszarka na naczynia i ściągaczka do podłogi w łazience by były dobrym udogodnieniem 🙂
