  Квартира уютная, чистая , просторная. Вид прекрасный. Хозяева всегда были на связи. Остались довольны на 100%. До метро Авлабари 10 минут пешком. Рядом есть магазины и пекарни. Все отлично.

  Очень приятная и комфортная квартира. 2 балкона: маленький и большой. Завтракали на балконе с видом на город, горы. Вечером видно как поднимается воздушный шар, светится телебашня и пантеон. В выходные наблюдали с балкона фейверки.
  
  Было все необходимое в комнатах: достаточное количество стульев, удобные кровати, мебель для балкона.
  
  Телевизором не пользовались, а Wi-Fi прекрасный.
  
  На кухне : набор тарелок, бокалы, столовые приборы и необходимая утварь. Большая микроволновке и холодильник.
  
  Печкой и кастрюлями не пользовались, так как в радиусе 50 метров 5 пекарен, 2 магазина с овощами и фруктами, 2 минимаркета, шаурма.
  
  До ближайшей станции метро 300 м, до туристического старого центра 900 м.
  
  Хозяин квартиры мгновенно отвечал на все вопросы. Разрешил гибкий заезд: прибыли в 3 часа ночи и уехали в 16.00. Удобное получение ключей в локере возле подъезда.
