• Старая, шумная квартира в центре города со скрипучими полами и жесткой кроватью на 1-2 ночи – Dmitry from Russia – August 27, 2025 (3/10)

  Высокие потолки, почти 4 метра, просторно. На стене галерея картин, красиво. Зеленый холодильник, прикольно. На первом этаже отличный ресторан. Рядом метро и подъемник до парка мтацминда. Самый центр, удобно добраться куда угодно. Балкон на фасаде здания. Есть интернет и два хороших стола для работы, хороший душ. любая посуда, новый чайник (ещё вонял пластиком). Прислали сообщение с инструкцией по заселению. Ключ у входа в локере. Всё просто и понятно. На этом плюсы заканчиваются.
  
  What could be improved: 1. Ужасно скрипучие полы в спальне и гостиной! Там уложен паркет ещё с советских времен, и ходить тихо ночью не получится никак.
  2. Матрас на кровати самый дешевый и очень жесткий. Буквально как доска на пружинах. Если не привыкли на таком спать, на утро всё будет болеть.
  3. На единственном окне в спальне нет защиты от шума, и все звуки с центральной улицы прекрасно слышны ночью. А звуков там много, лучше заранее взять беруши.
  4. Самый громкий кондиционер, который работает как трактор. И у него нет тихого режима.
  5. Нет микроволновки (хотя в описании указано что она есть). На самом деле это маленькая электрическая печь.
  6. Свет в квартире только верхний Выключатели только у двери, прикроватных светильников нет.
  7. В диване, который в гостиной, живут муравьи.
  
  Но самое главное – нет нормального одеяла, и постельного белья. А дополнительное нам было предложено приобрести отдельно за $5. Кровать там очень большая, 2х2метра, а одеяло одно тонкое и узкое 2х1.5. Как им вдвоем укрываться – непонятно. Есть ещё тонкое грязное покрывало, которое страшно даже в руки брать. Хорошо что мы были в теплое время и можно было обойтись только простыней.
  
  Итог:
  Ценник за квартиру сильно завышен за счет расположения. Комфортно отдохнуть там не получится. В ней явно никто долго не жил, и всё сделано по гостиничному варианту под сдачу на короткий срок.
