There’s a small grocery store practically next door, and the building sits on a street where you’ll see neighbors chatting on balconies in the evenings. The apartment gives you that base to come back to after wandering through the sulfur baths district or spending an afternoon in Mtatsminda Park. It’s comfortable without being fancy — which actually fits the vibe of this city perfectly.

  Łatwy kontakt z gospodarzem, szybko odpowiada. Byliśmy wcześnie rano zmęczeni po podróży i pozwolił na wcześniejsze zameldowanie. W łazience klapki, co jest bardzo przydatne, bo woda z prysznica wylewa się na środek. Blisko centrum. Dobre wi-fi

  Уютная квартира со всем необходимым. В ней много посуды, есть чайник и микроволновка. Плита находится в общем дворике сразу за дверью – это удобно, тк в квартире не будет пахнуть едой.
  Недалеко есть супермаркеты и овощные лавки.
  Квартира находится в очень тихом месте, поэтому можно хорошо выспаться.

  Everything was ok – sufficiently comfortable facilities; good value/money rate. The host was nice – until the last day case…
  
  What could be improved: Several minor comfort related issues – slow shower drain or sagging mattress etc. – could be easily acceptable, considering the good price for the room.
  But one of such issues turned into a damage with quite unpleasant consequences. There was no door stopper on the floor. so the entrance door handle was constantly hitting the wall; the last day it finally get broken. The host immediately blamed us (despite the fact that the obviously necessary door stopper was missing) and charged us triple cost of the handle – 45 gel for 15 gel complete set of similar handles from the next street shop.
  The host was roughly and expressively shouting, so I gave up in order not to brawl in front of my wife and kid.

  Excellent apartment, everything you need for a comfortable stay, new appliances) good location, close to the center by foot. The hosts are cool dudes))
  
  What could be improved: If you will use the stove, it is in the inner courtyard, you won't be able to cook in underwear)) anyway microwave inside apartment and it was enough for us

  Мы путешествовали с кошкой.
  Нас очень радушно встретили, угостили яблоками, рассказали о ближайших магазинах и достопримечательностях.
  Хорошая посуда для приготовления еды.
  Атмосфера, живёшь почти частным домом, есть маленький дворик. Аутентичность обстановки.
  Есть микроволновка. =)
  Есть стиральная машина и сушилка.
  Фотографии соответствуют апартаментам.
  
  What could be improved: Холодный пол.
  Душевая комната не имеет разделения на душевую зону и туалетную зону. Поэтому, если кто-то принял душ, то до туалета или умывальника приходится идти по мокрому полу, а затем выходить с мокрыми ногами на кухню.
  Самое неожиданное, это плита не в Апартаментах, а во внутреннем дворике. Т.е. чтобы приготовить еду вам надо выйти из апартаментов. А ещё эту плиту вы делите с другими такими же апартаментами. Мы приехали зимой, поэтому чтобы приготовить еду, приходилось тепло одеваться. Готовить еду в куртке – приключение.
