  Есть все что нужно для комфортного проживания: кондиционер, телевизор со смарт тв, стиральная машинка, фен, утюг, плита, микроволновка, духовка, холодильник. Вся мебель в хорошем состоянии, но не в идеальном, отдохнуть можно. Рядом круглосуточный магазин. Недалеко, в пешей доступности, автобусная остановка, станция метро, большой торговый центр. В принципе очень хорошо за свои деньги.
  
  What could be improved: Интернет в апартаменте нужно докупать. Во-первых, чтобы подключиться , уже изначально нужен доступ в интернет. Во-вторых, нужно зарегистрироваться, на платформе , которая потом просит заплатить за домашний интернет. Лучше уже купить новую сим карту с безлимитным интернетом за 15 лари/неделя (или Есим за 20 лари/неделя), чем платить за домашний.

  Уютная квартира. Отличный дизайн и хозяйка. Находится на горе. До метро можно дойти хотя и далековато. Работает спар рядом.
  
  What could be improved: Ужасная акустика, все ночи, при открытых окнах, то сирены то мусоровозы, мотоциклы будили. Проблема с парковкой, есть платная за 1 лар час но и та занята, возле дома ругаются соседи, напротив больница тоже ставить нельзя. Поэтому с машиной будет не комфортно. Ну и пешком от метро минут 20 местами в гору.

  Уютная квартира, есть всё необходимое: диван и кровать в гостиной и отдельной спальне, мебели, стиральная машина, телевизор, интернет. Есть даже маскитные сетки на окнах. Отдельно хочу отметить наличие ванны, что не мало важно, если едешь с детьми. Мне все понравилось.
  
  What could be improved: Немного шумно ночью из-за дороги, но только если кто-то едет на мотоцикле или на спорт каре. Шумов в доме не было, соседей не слышал.
