  Всем смело рекомендую данное место проживания. Мы заезжали в 4 утра. Нашли апартаменты и получили ключи очень легко, благодаря подробным инструкциям, присланным хозяйкой заранее по вацапу. На кухне было практически все необходимое для приготовления пищи, в том числе масло, сахар и соль. Нам не хватило тарелок, и хозяйка быстро организовала доставку. Кондиционеры работают хорошо (один в спальне, а второй в гостиной). Горячая вода тоже всегда была. Хорошие матрасы и подушки. В апартаментах есть небольшой балкончик, где можно посидеть вечером, а также развесить белье для сушки. Рядом несколько продуктовых магазинов. До пл. Свободы идти минут 7-8.

  The location is excellent—right in the city center, next to the Parliament House. You don’t even need a taxi from the airport, as the bus stops almost at the doorstep.
  
  The apartment is in a new building, and unlike some places in Tbilisi, the elevators don’t require coins (if you’ve been here before, you’ll know why that’s a plus!).
  
  It has two separate rooms, which was great for me and my friend. Both rooms have access to the balcony—not the most scenic view, but perfect for smoking.
  
  The bathroom is spacious and even has a bathtub, which is rare. It would be especially nice in the summer.
  
  The heating worked really well—even on a snowy day, we felt warm and comfortable.
  
  All communication with the host was online, which is ideal for introverts. Plus, if you have a Georgian bank account, you can transfer the payment without needing cash.
  
  Overall, I really liked the apartment and highly recommend it. While it can accommodate up to five people, I think it's perfect for two.
  
  What could be improved: The only issue was some noise from the neighbors on the day we arrived—just when we needed to rest. It was unlucky timing, but thankfully, the other days were quiet, so it wasn’t a problem overall.

  Просторный уютный апартамент со всеми удобствами в самом центре города. В здании есть лифт. В спальнях удобные кровати, в салоне мягкий диван и даже на балконе небольшая уютная кушетка. Кухня хорошо оборудована, есть газовая плита и вытяжка, большой холодильник и посудомоечная машина с запасом капсул. Кому-то может помешать недостаток дневного света в гостиной (это внутренняя комната), но он сполна компенсируется хорошим искусственным освещением. Отдельно хочу отметить заботливое и дружелюбное отношение к нам хозяйки апартамента. Спасибо, Дарья!

  The location is very central. The apartment is spacious, clean, two separate bedrooms is what we've been looking for.
  The balcony is nice to chill at. Also the host gladly gave the second key on request.

  Остались в восторге от квартиры, местоположения, хозяйки, цены! Очень просторная, удобная квартира, полноценная кухня, где можно приготовить еду, новая микроволновка и стиральная машинка – супер! порошок стиральный, таблетки для посудомойки, щетки, полотенца, шампунь, все было! Еще очень понравился просторный балкон с диваном, вечером можно приятно провести время с бокалом 🙂 ну и местоположение лучшее, из всех разов, что мы были в Тбилиси – все близко, проспект Руставели, кафе-рестораны, транспорт, метро, Торговый центр Галлерея. Хозяйка очень приветливая и позитивная, а ее муж – опытный гид и интересный рассказчик. Провел нам несколько экскурсий. Шикарно!

  Квартира сама по себе очень уютная и стильно оформленная. В ней было все, что мне нужно для комфортного проживания – от хорошо оборудованной кухни до удобной кровати. Я оценил чистоту и порядок в каждом уголке квартиры.
  
  Расположение также было идеальным для меня. Район спокойный, но в то же время близко к магазинам, ресторанам и общественному транспорту. Это было очень удобно для моих перемещений по городу.
  
  Хочу выразить особую благодарность хозяину Дарье за гостеприимство и отзывчивость. Она всегда был на связи и готова был помочь в случае необходимости.
  
  В целом, моя поездка была прекрасной благодаря этой замечательной квартире. Я определенно рекомендую ее всем, кто ищет комфортное и уютное место для проживания в этом городе!
